A sigh pressed past his lips. “Very well. I assume I start?” Why would he agree with this? He wasn’t particularly interested in the Supreme Leader’s past, and yet... Know thy enemy.

“Very well. How about this..”

A little factoid about himself from his past.

“The first demon beast I ever took care of. It was a small, wounded dove. I kept it in a shoebox with holes pierced into it and snuck it into the nurse’s office. It was there that I assisted the healer - who was a part of my clan. That truly was the great beginning of The Forbidden Overlord of Ice!”

That was something, at least. Despite Kokichi’s animated nature, Gundham remained rather still.

Kokichi chuckled in amusement. The thought of a little Gundham Tanaka sneaking into the nurses office with a injuried dove in a shoebox was probably be a wholesome thing. Now it would only be if he told Gundham about himself. It took him a while to think about what he should tell Gundham about himself. Should it be a lie or the truth?

"I'm going to tell you a very very important secret, Tanaka.... And you can't tell a living soul about this. Not even Miss. Sonia." Kokichi stated with a deadpan expression. Now he's very serious when it comes to tell the truth about himself. He stood up on the tip of his toes to reach to Gundham's shoulder. "You promise not to tell a living soul right?" This short man knows what he's doing.

"Back before my killing game started, Mother was killed by Father for good reasons. Father said never to trust Mother. He said, 'Mother is hurting you. She hurting you ad me.' So Father did what he had to do." He said in a monotone expression before quickly changing the expression of his voice. "That's a lie. Nishishishi." Kokichi's infamous chuckle echoed, perhaps Gundham would learn to have a strong sense of hatred for him. "I'll let your imagination run wild about what I said." He smiled as if he was so innocent.

" Hey! Hey! You're the Ultimate Breeder right? " Kokichi spoke to the older man with such excitement. " I have an idea that we can do something... " He's eyes held a sparkle as if he was in a shoujo or shonen anime. What is on his gremlin of a mind.

" What if we both made an army of chickens or something cool? We could terrorize the whole school! " Kokichi smiled ever so brightly, before stopping. " Now now, where are the Ultimate Supreme Leader's talent. Kokichi Oma, Ultimate Supreme Leader, at your service. " He bowed as if he was a gentleman, but his classmates know that he's wolf in sheep's clothing.

Kokichi’s reputation preceded him. Whenever he heard the other class speaking of the short male, it was usually negative. Therefore, Gundham had deemed him untrustworthy.

He begun to speak once Kokichi had finished talking about his ‘plan’.

“I have no intention of aligning myself with the likes of you. You, a supreme leader of evil, master of ruin... I, a demon, the embodiment of madness”

“Do you think it possible for those who wear the masks of darkness to mingle? The answer is no! My army is under my control, I shall not utilize it for any other purposes.”

“This world is mine to control, Kokichi Oma. Or my name isn’t Gundham Tanaka!”

Kokichi was aware of Gundham's answer. It was kind of predictable thanks for some research he'd done. But we don't talk about that. He just listened to his upperclassmen.

" Tanaka... Why not take over the world side by side with me? With our wits and our need of survival in this truly cruel world of despair, we could have it all in the sent of out palms. But! The choice is yours. " Kokichi spoke with such confidants and persuasive hinted in his voice. It's too soon for him to show his TRUE intentions.

" The name 'Gundham Tanaka' is indeed a name to live up too. Until that happens... I'll like to the world right in the center of your bandaged hand. " He spoke before changing his persona. " But for now, that time is sure to come later, I'll like to know more about my new buddy here. Tell little old me something I haven't heard about your darkness-ship already. " He waved his hand in dismissal before throwing his hands behind his head. What a troublesome child he is.

" To make it fair for you my new friend, ruler of darkness, I would say something about myself after you. I don't really do this so take it as a one time thing Tanaka. " Kokichi played along with Gundham's wordplay. Well more like tried in some way. Does he really mean what he says by talking about himself? Nope! Supreme Leaders are nothing without the secrets they keep within their masks of lies.

𝐇𝐀𝐃 𝐈𝐓 𝐍𝐎𝐓 𝐁𝐄𝐄𝐍 for Shuichi’s everlasting patience with Kokichi when the time called , the Ultimate Detective would have walked him out of the room && locked the door without any hint of hesitation . But because he likes making it ever so more difficult for himself , he had found himself tolerating the latter’s presence .

Bags underneath eyes tell more of a story than Saihara could , making it quite clear he indeed hadn’t slept enough like Ouma asserted . He considers Kokichi’s words and tries them on his tongue as if learning new vocabulary for the first time before tracing his teeth with a bitter scowl .

. ’, - ☾ • ss⌇·˚ ༘ ❝ I do sleep , ❞ he affirms with a growl before collecting himself once more . Shuichi’s growing experience within Kokichi’s childish behaviours were beginning to shine through more && more with each day –- more - so when he was pissed off . ❝ && take breaks . But recently it’s been hard to wrap my head around it all to sleep .

I don’t suppose you have trouble sleeping ? ❞

&& as soon as one stops , the other continues –- Kokichi’s teasing knows no bounds . Beauty sleep , that’s what he wanted to call it . A twitch of Shuichi’s eye instinctively returns back the announcement of the Supreme Leader’s untruth with obvious distaste .

❝ You do need sleep Kokichi . Otherwise you’d be dead from the pressure to your brain . ❞ Deep down , he knows it’s a drama in the futile to argue against the liar , && that he’s wasting his time even trying to give him facts . ❝ The lack of sleep can cause delayed responses between neurons and slow processing –- though I suppose there’s no difference between the causes of death and clear sleep deprivation in those found deceased with insomnia … often there’s a secondary cause , or the likeliest cause is neural degeneration rather than lack of sleep itself – ❞

He halts quickly when he realizes it’s become abundantly clear that his google research has gotten out of hand .

❝ … my point being that you’re lying about not needing sleep . ❞ && he finally pours his long awaited coffee .

Kokichi yawned out of the boredom when Shuichi was talking about what causes lack of sleep or something. In his mind, he probably temperately fall asleep. " Saihara-chan... Why with the such boringgggg research? It's not like you'll need it in the future for detective work. " He slowly rolled is next as he looked at his nails. Kokichi would've said something worse but he doesn't feel like it.

" Now now, Saihara-chan. No need to growl at the Ultimate Supreme Leader~. " Kokichi teased before giggling. " How long do your brakes last, Saihara-chan? Like 15 minutes of beloved beauty sleep or just a 5 minute power nap? " He scoffed a bit. Now what is he planning next? Teasing the poor detective more than ever or just bother him till Kokichi's no longer bored.

The supreme leader rose a hand over his eyes just to rub them before speaking. " I would rather stay awake all night than place this so called pressure on my brain. " He yawned out of boredom. Kokichi's small hand covered his mouth. Even a rude, bothersome person like himself has common manners. He walked behind Shuichi to see what he's doing. Well more like trying to see what he's doing, due the height difference the two share. It would be much easier he could just grow taller.

" Saihara-chan must be doing something waaaay important for his precious beauty sleep. " Kokichi spoke as he was behind Shuichi. " Does the po-po or Monokuma have you working on a case that's to diffcult for you? " He teased toward the blue haired detective. Po-po... The unique nickname of the police, Kokichi gave them. " Unless Saihara-chan is being a workaholic because he has nothing to do. " He spoke to himself.

Was his plan of just plain out bother the detective working? Who knows? Does he give a single care? Probably not. Is he only doing this because he has favorite people to bother and one of them is Shuichi? Maybe.
