Are you starting to feel the physical effects of weight gain vs when you were skinner??
absolutely, my stomach gets in the way sometimes when i bend over, i feel my thighs rubbing together and i’ve never really felt that before, and i sweat more… not my favorite aspect but i used to always be cold so its an improvement nonetheless 😅
