Right now I’ve got three different audiobooks that I’ve been listening to, depending on my mood. Normally I try to stick to reading/listening to one book at a time
So the audiobooks I’m listening to are the Bone Witch by Rin Chupeco, the Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins and This Shattered World by Amie Kaufman and Meagan Spooner

Just finished Armada by Ernest Cline
I absolutely loved the book, I liked the references, the pacing, the characters and the overall story. So basically I loved the entire thing. Some of the highlights of it in my opinion are the fact that someone has a conspiracy theory that turns out to be true, no matter how absurd the theory is, and that in a dire situation, you have two people who are doing what they think is best, only for you to find out that if one of them succeeds they will unintentionally doom everyone
I borrowed the ebook from the Libby app and since I enjoyed it so much the book is going on my list of books to buy

I finished the audiobook of City of Ghosts by Victoria Schwab. I liked the narrator and the plot and it was a very easy to listen to. Having something easy to listen to was great as Ive only just gotten back into reading and listening to audiobooks after months of not having the motivation
Now im listening to the first Vampire Diaries book - The awakening by L.J Smith. Hopefully its good, so far Ive heard very mixed reviews on the book

In the past couple of days i’ve started reading Armada by Ernest Cline. So far I’m about half way through the book and am enjoying it, I like the writing style and the references within the book
I’ve also started listening to These Broken Stars by Amie Kaufman and Meagan Spooner. Im liking the audiobook a lot and have listened to about 30% of the book so far
I am so happy both of these were available on the Libby library app, cos I’ve been curious about both of these but didnt want to buy them in case I didnt like them

Finished Gemina today, it was an amazing read. It was just as fun to read as the first book
I loved the new characters that got introduced and how they interacted eith each other. I also liked the world building, with learning what beitech is willing to do to make sure no one finds out what they have done
So far in the series my favourite characters have been ezra, nik and ella
Im definitely looking forward to starting obsidio and since I found a different book to not read to annoy one of my sisters im probably gonba start reading in the next couple of days

Tonight I'm starting to read Gemina by Jay Kristoff. I absoluetly loved the first book but I've put off reading Gemina just to annoy my sister, so I said that if she got one of the authors to respond and tell me to read it then I would start reading it. She got a response so now I have to find a new book to not read just to annoy her

I just finished bedlam by Derek Landy and I don’t know what to do now that Ive finished it. Another great book in my favourite series and well worth the wait, though I wish there was more already because i have to know what happens after the events of the book, eapecially the fate of some of the characters
So many things happened in the book with a lot of them being unexpected, especially the ending, with it flipping everything you thought you knew about valkyrie on its head. And things that have happened in previous books take on different meanings
One of the things I loved most from the book was continueing to see Valkyrie try to deal with her mental health and how that impacts how she reacts and choices she makes. I also loved the fact that even with what was going on in the book there was plently of times where it made me laugh

Went to an opshop with one of my sisters today and got these. In total i spent $3 and some of the books I was looking to get. I’m super happy, especially since some of them are books my sister has been looking for and I saw them first :)

My company while I finished reading Illuminae. Since he wasnt leaving me alone, he got used as a book rest when I had to put the book down.
The book was amazing and was so easy to get into. I loved the characters and the desciptions of things. I didn’t plan on finishing this book today (I had half the book left) but so many things were happening and I didn’t want to stop reading.
I can’t wait to read the other books in the series, because I’ve been told they get even better.
