I’m looking for a fic I read a long time ago in which Cat and Kara run into each other around Christmas. If I remember correctly, it’s a little angsty, Kara gives Cat a heartfelt gift, and Cat in return gives Kara a pair of socks she’d originally intended to gift to Carter.

If By any chance you're still using this account, would you happen to know the name of the fic where Kara keeps giving Cat gems and stones and one day Cat and Lois are talking and Lois tells Cat that Kara has been proposing to her? The closest I can think of is Scars and Souvenirs by @ofendlesswonder but it’s not an exact fit so this would be an excellent idea for someone. Please write this I really want it now....

Okay here’s another one :

So, we have our Supercat fics about Cat and Kara breaking up/separating/divorcing for various reasons. Mainly they revolve around them having a fight, a disagreement, or they realize that despite loving each other they just don’t work out because of their careers/duties, or just the whole “we don’t work out because” thing.

But what about one where they honestly, deeply, truly love each other and honestly, deeply, truly want to be with each other, but are split up because they literally cannot be together.

I don’t exactly recall a fic like this existing, but please point me to one if it does. I guess the reasons couldn’t only be physical (Cat being physically shielded by Kryptonite or something), but maybe some sort of deep blackmail for Cat and Kara where they’re like “we literally can’t be in the same city” for reasons and they try to overcome that.

And I guess one could sneak in a little insecurity in there, but I’m more interested in the idea that they’re both really secure in their relationship, love, and trust in each other, but now they have to survive what’s keeping them apart, and their test is their individual hope that they can overcome this and finally be together.

Brain fart moment, oh help me Supercat finder, I don't remember much about the story, but one scene Carter is hurt at school because he is standing up for one of his friends, Supergirl finds them at the hospital and talks to to them, and then checks on Carter later at his friend's house. This story is probably in my favorites, but can't remember which one

Anyone have any ideas for this one? It sounds familiar but I’m not coming up with it off the top of my head...
