People don't like to admit it bcs cringe or w/e but Homestuck really did revolutionize the webcomic as a storytelling medium and I am endlessly frustrated that before webcomic artists could really stretch our legs fucking webtoonz swooped in, set a new, more restrictive standard, and then monetized and monopolized the ever living fuck out of the concept of The Webcomic until it drove away anyone who couldn't be a professional quality manga artist for free, and now the only webcomics that actually feel like spiritual successors to Homestuck are so obscure they're basically cult classics that you have to beg people to read.

Like it's just so wild to be in high school and see Homestuck be like "we're using like fifteen different artistic mediums to tell this story bcs we can" and be really fucking inspired by that, only to grow up and see basically every webcomic ever have to conform to One Single Standard or fucking perish.

Philza's ultimate: Ocean Bro. By activating his ocean charm, Phil becomes a temporary vessel for the Ocean Overlord.

When Ocean Bro is active, Phil gains a bonus to his defense, a bonus to his speed, and whenever one of Phil's attacks hits, there is a chance the target is pushed backwards in a random direction.

Philza makes a slashing strike that deals medium water damage and has the potential to hit multiple enemies.

Tidal Swell causes a wave to swirl around Phil and push outwards, dealing a small amount of water damage and pushing all nearby enemies backwards.

Falling Trident pulls the giant trident from its infinite fall through the void to temporary enter time and crush enemies. This attack deal a large amount of AOE damage and deals additional damage on subsequent castings.

The final of Phil's ultimate abilities!

Philza's ultimate: Friend of Rose. By activating his rose charm, Phil becomes a temporary vessel for the Rose the flower deity.

When Friend of Rose is active, Phil gains resistance to magic damage, a bonus to passive energy regen, and whenever one of Phil's attacks hits, there is a chance the target is tangled and frozen in place for a short time.

Philza can make a melee attack and tangle the target in brambles and vines, slowing them down and dealing damage whenever they try to move.

Bloom Sanctuary surrounds Philza in an aura of petals, increasing the health of any adjacent allies.

Garden summons a well of regenerative power that continuously heals allies who stand inside.

The second of Phil's ultimate abilities! The third and final will be posted tomorrow!

Philza's ultimate: Envoy of the Empress. By activating his blaze charm, Phil becomes a temporary vessel for the Blaze Empress.

When Envoy of the Empress is active, Phil gains resistance to fire damage, a bonus to all attacks, and whenever one of Phil's attacks hits, there is a chance the target is ignited and dealt continuous damage.

Philza can forgo one of his attacks to increase his defense for a short time.

Blaze Lance allows Philza to make a ranged attack that deals a medium amount of fire damage and travels in a straight line. The lance can pass through and damage multiple enemies on its way to its target.

Eruption is a heavy attack that deals a large amount of fire damage in an arc, and leaves a lingering burning effect that damages those trapped inside it.

There we have it! The first variation of Phil's ultimate move. The next one will get posted tomorrow :D
