Wooo Boi! Currently watching the Dead Boy Detectives and it's so much fun! I love all of the characters and I'm very excited to see how they handle the characters going forwards!

Also, in the Year of Our Lord, 2024, I was violently reminded how fair we as a society have moved from 2014 (for the better). Female characters being treated with care?! In my show?! Queer detecti-I mean supernatur- leads in the show?! How far we have come.

The idea that greed and obsession can so severely disconnect you from humanity.

This also definitely feels like it plays into obsession rather than fear, like all the other theories have said before. Like each 'statement' giver is being set up to be a new monster.

I think I realized why Kabru feels so familiar to me! He gives off Nagito vibes... But he's less unhinged.

OMG MEE TOOOO! Personally, I love the anatomy diagrams that occasionally pop up. And omg the author thought the world through so well it makes me so happy!!

i love dungeon meshi so much as a zoology major. the nematocysts on the tentacles. the explanation of the dungeon floors' own unique ecology. magic as a sort of form of energy, transferred through organisms and broken down from physical chemicals. so good. i'll kiss every in depth zoological concept in this show on the mouth

Proposal: Peter Lukas has perpetuated toxic masculinity so he can isolate society and create a lonely population.
