I've finally finished my 20 days of leg slimming exercises and I honestly don't feel any different which is disheartening to say the least..
I've added another 10 days to finish of April and hopefully by then I'll be seeing some results..

I've been doing this for 16 days.. 17 days today.. I'm not sure it's doing much but I'm feeling a lot better in myself, and a bit of routine is good for me I think.

I just found this account that I made years ago while I was still in school, I'm nearly 22 now and still on the same bullshit as I was then except I'm about 20kg heavier..
So I've decided to use this account to hold myself accountable and hopefully I can get down to at least one of my gws.
