For everyone with social anxiety, this is a reminder that you don't have to be perfect in your interactions with others; you just have to be kind and that's literally it. That's all that's necessary of you. You don't need to say the perfect thing or anticipate what they would want you to say or even exude confidence if you can't.

Social anxiety tells us that we have to be perfect in in our social interactions, but no one is. Social anxiety sets us up for a level of expectation in our social interactions that we have no choice but to fail at, and then fall into a cycle of self-hate for failing and striving even harder for perfection.

It's been a huge weekend of study. I've read so much that my brain feels wobbly. But I'm proud of myself for pushing through.

It's been a really challenging few weeks and my depression has started to rear it's ugly head. But I've recognised the signs and I'm practicing self care, all the nice things and all the difficult things. I've come so far from where I've been and I'm determined to keep moving forward.

i interviewed for a summer job yesterday and felt like it went well! i turned in all my psets and my french essay, and now i just have to push through the end of this week with an exam and a paper.

I completed one chapter in Biology, one in Chemistry and almost two in physics today. Ngl I am feeling much better now! These are some revision notes from the chapter that I fear a lot. Tomorrow I'll follow it up with some numericals. I hope everyone is safe in this pandemic situation. Let us all keep ourselves busy with little things that make us happy till everything gets better again ༼ つ ◕‿◕ ༽つ

Today is the second to the last day of online classes! The notes are from yesterday but I only remembered to take a pic of it today, they're about the structure of a research paper, which I might make a post about based on my notes.

18.04.2021 05/100 days of productivity ✨

Today was a good day. I did not attend the test I intended so I asked for an extension and will give it in the next two days.

I read a unit of biology today and did 2 lectures worth of physics also made some formula sheets of the same.

I tried to rush but I know that my mind cannot handle excessive things so I made minimal goals and completed them. I will try to improve slowly and make sure I increase consistently.

I deleted all of my distracting apps and set some restrictions on Tumblr.

Tomorrow would be better🙌🏻
