RYOMMAAAAAAAAA<3<3<3

My opinions on danganronpa are not positive... at all. But even after years of avoiding it, I still love my few favourites. Ryoma is pretty much the only character that I thought I would like in v3 and after watching mere minutes of gameplay, I instantly loved him.

Anyway, I dont know what possessed me to make the background that crazy but I'm obsessed with it. I did some different techniques and I definitely plan on using these kinds of colours and effects again. I just love this drawing so much and I hope you do too !!

HAPPYBIRTH HAMAMATSU

I new I had to draw some really cool shit for Hamamatsu since I love them so much, and because nobody draws them. I really liked working on the lighting and colours for this, I just LOVE a harsh black and red colour scheme. But the anatomy is pretty off, their horns are super wonky but I try to to worry about it too much.

I love the colours and texture but that's about it !! Hope ya like it !!

More thoughts on Me and Kei's curse

I would add this in a reblog of the original post but I don't want to make it any longer than it already is

So there's something that I didn't mention and that is they definitely are not able eat or drink. The mask is basically fused to their faces, they cannot take them off. They are not able to eat or drink. So what kind of state are they in? I'm not saying that they're starved, I believe that there is definitely a lot more going on with their curse other than the mask. Something a lot more supernatural.

I still think that the feelings that they must feel are absolutely crazy though. Me doesn't remember or know anything but she knows that the reason why is because of her curse, yet she is still cursed so barely even knows that. How do you explain what must be going through her head? That is the simplest way I could describe it but her feelings are still so incredibly complex. But Kei is fully cursed so there's not much to say there.

As for their relationship, they are incredibly close and that isn't just said in their descriptions, its shown in their gameplay. They are rarely all doing different things, they get a quartet any time they can. They deserve to get the Groovetron because Me and Kei's lives depend on it. The situation that they're in is incredibly unfortunate but they still go on despite it all, because they care about each other in a incredible amount. But seriously have you noticed how often they get a tag combo or a quartet? It's crazy.

But no matter how deep we go, no matter how many questions we ask, we end up absolutely nowhere. The designers didn't put any worthy amount of depth or detail into their curse. It's definitely mysterious but not in a cool way, it's hard to come up with any theories because everything is purely speculation. The green goo on their arms are exactly that, just green goo on their arms. If they were thinking about any lore, they didn't add any of it and that really upsets me. Me and Kei are nothing but their curse. And their curse is why we know nothing about them. I bet that non of you thought about them not being able to eat. That's because the creators don't let any thoughts or discussions go anywhere [and because they're the least popular and people seem to want to keep it that way]. I really like the idea of their curse but I don't like how I can't go anywhere with it. But I dont even know how they could've done it better.

I have even more to say but it's no longer specific to the curse so that will have to wait for another day. If anyone wants to have a conversation about this please comment or even message me, this team is incredibly important to me and I've only known about them for a little over a year.

Cusu-Cusu as Discos Estrus

I've thought about this concept for a long time now- a team dressing up as a different team. But specifically team A as team B, team B as team C and team C as team A. Not just a one to one switch. But Cusu-Cusu as Discos Estrus is all I can think of, which is the least surprising thing ever. Like this is the most ewicomkicks thing, I can't believe I hadn't drawn this sooner.

Also their shoes are exactly how I imagine what their shoes look like, Dragon's might be a bit shorter but Micro's are totally knee-high you cannot tell me otherwise.

I tried to go for a confused and slightly uncomfortable expression because there's no way they'd get over the curse immediately. They've gotta stretch or something.

I had such a fun time drawing this. Adding all the little details with the hair was so much FUN. I've only rendered in black and white once before and it's so much easier to do then in colour. I added a closeup because I put so much detail in her hair and I dont want it to go unnoticed. LOOK AT HER HAIR

I didn't even do a sketch for this and just went straight into this, and it was so fucking fun. I was mostly messing about with so many filters and colours but it actually only took me 5 hours ! Usually the sketch takes me 4 hours even if it's super simple, so I have no idea what took over me to finish this in 5 hours.

Anyway, I absolutely love Utan and he's the coolest so drawing him is always so fun !! I actually made this in September but for some reason I forgot to post it, so I finished it up and now I'm finally posting it. This isn't how I draw Utan anymore but I think that its still a cool drawing and there needs to be more love for Utan.

A drawing of Tex that I tried to colour but the rendering sucked so bad so heres the lineart with some colour

I didn't use a reference because I just couldn't find a single one that worked at all, not even for his hat.

Also I drew the smile on his mask as if it was his mouth, that's why the teeth kinda stick out. He can have a big spiky toothed monster smile if he wants. And I added some extra blood drips from his mouth heehee

Also Astral and Code's sleeves are the same metallic fabric on Ripley and Lune's shoes, just darker and slightly less shiny.

So, the Panders huh?

Nobody except Dragon and I seem to care about Pander/the Panders so heres a..... study?? of their character.

We already know Panders deal and how much it stands out but I want to talk about what we know about the character of Pander. It has a traditional Japanese dance style and style in general, different from actual pandas which are from China. This leads me to believe that the Panders are based in Japan. So we can say that Panders aren't related to actual pandas, at least fully.

And that's all we get from BaG2, how mysterious. But in DS2001 we get some intriguing information. Dragon was going to use the Groovetron to save the Panders from extinction. That means that there is more than the 2 Panders that we see [Pander vs Pander] and there has been more. That's pretty unfortunate but do you know what that implies? Panders are either being hunted, have natural predators, or both.

Pander is not some weird guy in body paint, it's only one of its whole endangered species. It's some weird human/panda hybrid and don't think that that's too weird, capoeira are just as weird and interesting. And yes, I will be making a post about them at some point.

I've been thinking about this for over a year but I never talked about it because nobody cares about Pander. But I really hope that this can be a full discussion. Let's talk about the weirdness of Pander

In conclusion : Pander is super interesting and we should all thank Dragon for not letting the Heat and Hiro fanboys get their fan service.
