Here it is finally!!

I have really struggled with writing this. Hope you guys like it. Thank you for all the support and appreciation. It means a lot to me. Just post in the comment section if you wish for me to tag you for this fic.

Chapter extract.

Time stood frozen as Robb and Jon continued staring at each other , their expressions so intense, their eyes so cold and furious at the same time that the whole atmosphere around them turn ed menacing, blazing.

Sansa’s head started pounding, her heart thudding wildly against her chest, her ears were ringing and her palms got sweaty. She wanted to say something, anything, to diffuse the situation but her tongue seemed lodged somewhere deep down her throat. She cast a wary glance at the rest of the family gathered behind her. They seemed to mirror her expression, which was not good news.

Robb perhaps noticed the direction of her attention. His icy blue eyes flicked to her for just a fraction of a second before turning them back onto Jon, his expression hardening even more, completely ignoring the presence of his family. And just by this mere act of his, he had branded them - traitors.

This is going to be a long post...

I was 7 months pregnant when season 8 released and I wished I had stopped watching it after 8.03. I was so badly affected by what they did to Jon Snow’s character that I couldn’t get an iota of inspiration to continue writing the jonsa fanfics that I’ve written.

My daughter is 14 months old now and though I lost inspiration and time to get back to writing I just kept thinking about the stories I’ve left unfinished over and over again. And so I began reading my stories and almost cried when I finished because I loved my version of the characters more now. What started as a prompt from anon has given me something that I treasure and I thank the jonsa fandom for that.

I have so many kind messages in my inbox and I feel so bad that I couldn’t reply back to each and every one of them. But if you’re one of those who sent me kind words of appreciation and encouragement- thank you so much. It means the world to me. Truly!!

Anyway I’ve decided to start writing again. And plan to post my first update in a week. I hope I discover magic in writing again. Thank you once again for all the love that I’ve been given. I hope to finish what I started.

Because a promise is a promise!!

To all the Anons who’ve been asking me about the leaks

There’s just too many of them. Each one different from the others. Most of them sound to me like speculation tbh.

Let’s pay attention to the narrative. Varys sent several scrolls before he died. His purpose was to present the people of Westeros with a better ruler. Jon was presented as a solution to the problem of Westeros - whether or not he wants the throne. Not Bran. He’s not Bran Stark anymore. He’s the three eyed raven.

Every time Jon has been put in a position of power he has been reluctant to take it yet once he’s in that position- he is presented as the best choice for that position. Sam realises that, Sansa realises that.

One whole episode dedicated to depicting the massacre at King’s Landing was because the show was trying to tell us something. It was definitely not just for shock value. It’s got to have a link to the fate of the characters causing the destruction and witnessing it.

Dany did burn Kings Landing, Sansa and Dany are still standing in opposing sides, Varys did plot against Dany and die for it, Jon is seeing Dany for what she is, Sansa did turn out to be the most intelligent character in the show, Arya and Sansa have each other’s backs so no Starkbowl either, Tyrion has realised he’s on the wrong side, targ baby was a huge red herring... so basically the show’s delivered on all of the above. I’m hoping they’ll tie the loose ends of all that’s been foreshadowed in the show at least.

Ned Cat parallels to Jon and Sansa have been plenty.

So in short, don’t pay attention to the leaks because they are one too many. How can you choose which one to believe? Narrative is everything. Trust your own eyes and judgement. Enjoy the show. It’s just a few hours away.

These f!leaks can’t get me

These bitter endings can’t possibly be real.

Kit and Sophie were so damn emotional over the ending. It can only mean it ends beautifully for them.

D&D loved Sophie’s last scene. And so did Sophie.

Maise said one the side of the fandom would get everything they wanted and the other half would feel miserable. I’m not feeling miserable but I can tell you how pissed the danitta fandom is feeling right now.

Of course I will be way more satisfied with the books but I’m not even worried about a bitter ending for my Stark angels tomorrow.

Do you think Jonsa is still happening? People have said that the leaks say that Jon is taking the black and Sansa will be alone. I don’t even want to watch the finale of that happens.

Hi! So I know this ask was sent to me ages ago, it’s just that I have been going back and forth in how to answer.

I had been having my own little meltdown over the last few days trying to process the leaks because at this point my heart tells me jonsa is the only answer, my brain tells me it is the only answer but the leaks say otherwise.

So where do I stand today? Well, I have decided to don my clown outfit because I think jonsa is still happening. The reason is simple, there is just too much foreshadowing for it to not happen.

My current theory is that HBO planted fleaks to throw us off, the original leaker who talked about this Jon living beyond the wall leak admitted that they were not sure about Starks’ fate. That HBO has done a really good Job of hiding it… but then came more and more leaks talking about jon exiling himself to Jon being sentenced by King bran and hand Tyrion after he killed Dany.

The thing is, IT DOES NOT MAKE ANY SENSE. You have to suspend a lot of common sense to accept these leaks.

1) Why would king bran pick Tyrion as his hand when Sansa is right there?

2) Why would Tyrion who has been wrong about everything EVER, be a hand in the first place. He literally made all the worst possible decisions from bringing Dany to westeros to believing Cersei… why is anyone giving him authority positions at all.

3) the leak also says that grey worm asks for justice for Dany and that’s why Jon is sent north…. LOL why are westerosi lords allowing the unsuilled to have power in decision making of westeros?

4) Bronn as master of coin???? ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME!

5) King bran? Really? Aside from the fact that it was never foreshadowed, King bran creates the same problem of succession that Dany creates. They can’t give heirs to the throne…. the line of succession just stops with them. The realm needs stability after this many wars…. they need a king and queen who can have kids and bring some stability.

6) Why is Jon being punished for killing a woman who basically nuked the city?

7) Is it really punishment for Jon to send him north of the wall? He has ghost there and tormund and his dude bros…. it sounds more like a healing trip. Why not let him stay and fix the consequences?????? Why does he get to walk away, he was complicit in dany’s crime….

8) Is it really grrm’s ending???? He talks about good guys / warriors not really being able to be the best kings because “what was aragorn’s tax policy?” Then he goes on and makes Jon learn how to deal with political stuff only so he can make bran king? WHAT IS BRAN’S TAX POLICY GRRM???

9) do you guys see how Sansa is missing from the leaks suspiciously? What does she do??? We never find out. All we know is that in some of them she’s the real power behind bran and in others she’s ruling winterfell alone…. without her family when family is the one thing Sansa wants the most. It makes no sense to make her right about everything only to punish her in the end.

10) Why make Sansa jealous of dany? Why make her have feelings for Jon if he won’t reciprocate or if they won’t be together at the end?

11) Literally what is the point of season 6 and season 7, d&d said that they have planted clues about the ending in season 6. What in season 6 makes you think about king bran? Like let me know if y'all find any foreshadowing for that shit…

12) So they want me to believe that after deciding bran is the king…. they still decided to make him do nothing for season 8? Like, they still didn’t give him any scenes???? WHY… at least make him do something in the last season if he’s the one for the realm.

13) Why even frame dany/jon/sansa as a love triangle? Why make Dany single Sansa out? Why make Dany fixate on Sansa if it’s not leading to anything?

14) Why the fuck did sophie get “the pack survives” tattoo when we have barely seen the pack this season? She said the show taught her family is the most important thing and I refuse to believe that she said that shit after knowing season 8 ends with Sansa alone in the north without her family.

15) We know that Kit / Lena scene was faked/staged… what’s stopping d&d from making other fake scenes? The og leaker said that Starks endgame was very hard to get right since it is so heavily protected.

16) Without the Stark restoration, it doesn’t make sense. They have always been the underdogs, they haven’t actually done anything wrong in their lives ever (I said what I fucking said)… they need to rise now. Them being scattered all over the place makes no sense… if that is grrm’s ending then dude needs to do a lot of explaining about the foreshadowing he puts on his books and stuff he says about Starks in his interviews.

So where do I stand now? I am going full delulu. I am embracing it. If I am wrong, then I will be wrong…. I guess. I won’t stop shipping jonsa because we will always have fics. But yeah for now, I can’t accept these leaks, I won’t be stopping you guys from preparing for the worst. It’s only sensible to do so, but yeah, BRING MY CLOWN OUTFIT Y'ALL, I am joining my folks in clown town.

They have been setting up Jonsa as co-rulers especially this season. Sansa in particular is being setup as Queen. She already is QitN basically. What else would they be setting up. Like I get ppl are cautious because of DD but it's happening this season. They primarily do it through framing or referencing Jonrys. It's obv and not so obv at the same time. Nothing else makes sense. Not Jon going to the wall. Not Bran King. Not Sansa still ruling the North alone. Not Tyrion, Bronn forming a com.

What I hated about the leaks is the part where it said that sansa betrays tyrion because she wants the throne for herself. There are peopl that already blame sansa for what varya death and thinks that she is littlefinger 2.0 since she tell jon's secret to create chaos. People said that she looks dark when telling jaime the news ( and I have to said that she did). Tyrion is still a fan favorite. If sansa betrays him they would say that she plans everything 😢

You know, we don’t know how the episode will play out and Sansa haters will be Sansa haters. They’d blame Sansa for climate change if they could get away with it and in the brainless part of the fandom they probably would get away with it.

If in doubt, blame Sansa, has been an all too ready answers for the running time of GoT, but I care less and less. Sansa will end on top, and they will have to swallow that.

They can’t wrap their minds around the concept that the only person who is responsible for anyone’s death is the person who did do the killing.

I’m a jonsa & Sansa is my fav on the show, but I also have a soft spot for Dany.&I feel so bad for her this season.Evrythng’s crashing, instead of coming to Westeros&being close to getting the crown, she’s nvr been further from it. She wants to rule sooo bad, but I dnt think she rlly knows what “ruling” means& IT SHOWSSS!We’re watching the downfall of Dany this season RIP.

Dany’s downfall began a long time back. I think it’s just hitting people now.

Too much faith in one’s right to rule, an elevated sense of self importance has been her basic flaw for sometime now. It’s really amazing that people didn’t see this coming.

The only time I felt bad for Dany in this season was when she lost Jorah. Every thing else was bound to happen. You can always choose to do the right thing you know, despite your own grief.

There’s a story in Indian Mythology about a queen who is disrobed in front of a court full of powerful men who could’ve stopped it but don’t. In the end it’s her devotion that saves her. But she is devastated by it and in a fit of anger decides to drown the whole city because she’s no ordinary woman- she’s born from fire.

But her friend stops her, he asks her “Just imagine if this is your plight- you the queen of the nation, what would be the plight of the ordinary women? The common folk. Make their pain your pain and fight for the cause of justice for all not just personal revenge. There’s always a choice”

So I don’t feel bad for Dany because she had a choice and she chose the destruction she caused. She destroyed the lives of the very people she had wanted to protect.

I find it funny that Dany doesn’t even strive to achieve love from the people. She just expects it and when she doesn’t get it- she goes all bang and crash.

How are people gonna watch the last scene of ep.5 & not think the starks will be on top?! It sounded like the stark theme was playing & It was a beautifulllllll scene. It was something so gentle after watching an hour or death

Plus we are forgetting that we got an entire promo about the Starks in the crypts about “protecting Jon” and no pay off has come yet.

I know many people have resigned to the fact that the leaks are true. I can’t seem to do that. Not yet. The Starks are have been central theme of this story. They still are. Even if you look at episode 5, after Dany decides to burn Kings Landing, like most of us expected she would, you don’t ever get to see her, not once.

It’s Arya’s POV, Jon’s POV and other characters’ POV through which we get to witness the whole massacre. That was obviously done for a reason.

Dark Dany was foreshadowed right since viserys’s death and they did follow through on that.

Sansa’s rise to power has been foreshadowed, and despite the hate her character’s received over the years, the show has shown her as the most sensible character in the show rn. No wonder we have so many “We should’ve listened to Sansa” memes floating around in the internet.

All kinds of Starkbowl Arya vs Sansa, Jon vs. Sansa were red herrings.

Jon and Dany having a baby was a red herring too.

Varys did plot against Dany and get killed. Tyrion is definitely disillusioned with Dany. Jon’s words “My people will see you for who you really are” have definitely come to back to bite him in the arse.

So if I have to tick off some of the major foreshadowing material from the list, the show has definitely followed through on it. Perhaps, there was a problem in the execution but I’ve not been surprised by the turn of events until now except Arya killing the night king, which quite frankly I enjoyed a lot.

So I’m still hoping that the Starks coming out on top is very much a part of endgame. Unless of course the show runners decide, what the hell - lets just end it in the worst possible manner. The story started at Winterfell- the journey of the Starks from there and I’m pretty sure or rather it’s a gut feeling that it’ll end in Winterfell or with the Starks. Thanks for the ask.
