It's Sunday and I have been writing!!

I finally decided to publish my MalMage fic and it's giving me a headache because I can't stop thinking about them and I just want to publish all I have in one go, but I need to rewrite stuff.

It's already received a few answers and it feels amazing, thank you so much. I really thought it would end entirely ignored and I was worried because this fic is a beast.

It has already a prologue and chapter 1, so here's some of the technically chapter 3 of Cautionary Tale that I just published

But hear me out. They’re just in Watford and they’re no t so terrible!!! Yet. And not for a while.

AND I gave Malcolm an imaginary family:

MALCOLM

“We'll help you pack your things. Come on,” she says.

"We? Who is we?"

She opens the door of my room wide open. Mum and Dad aren't home, so Vann takes a deep breathe and yells at the twins. They barge into my room and start making a mess of it. I love my brothers, but Merlin, when they get a chance to walk into my room, they really do take advantage of it. If I were my sister, they wouldn't even dare to touch my bed. But since they have no respect for me, they jump on top of mine. And they throw the things on top of my desk out of it, and they steal my trunk.

I glare at Vanora, unimpressed and quiet bothered.

"Ah. Aren't they helpful?"

Hello folks! Thank you @nausikaaa for today’s tag, and @theotherhufflepuff, @shrekgogurt, @you-remind-me-of-the-babe, @nightimedreamersworld, @artsyunderstudy and @orange-peony for the Sunday tags!

Over the last couple of days I've made a chunk of progress on For All Intents and Purposes, which is frigging delightful. Long may it last! I’m also still plotting and scheming Those Glowing, Magickal Years, so hopefully there will be an update on that soon.

Here’s a snippet from an upcoming chapter of FAIAP. Baz and Simon are driving through the desert by night.

My reverie is broken when I hear the click of a seat belt. When I turn, Simon’s bracing his legs on the edge of his seat. “Simon–” And he leaps upwards. Air buffets me as his wings propel him upwards and into the sky. It’s a struggle not to slam my foot down on the break. I only accomplish this by unleashing a stream of curses. He surges up, then falls out of sight behind me. I slow the car, scanning the rear-view mirror, when he comes careening not a metre above my head. “Fucking hell, Snow!” I yell. He laughs, climbing higher and faster. So I do the only sensible thing available to me. I hit the accelerator and roar after him. I should be furious. He’s a reckless fool. But by Crowley, what a sight. He’s brimming with joy, exalting in his flight. His freedom. And with it all, with all his teasing and wheeling, he never careens away from me. He could go anywhere, but he’s choosing to stay with me. I laugh. And I don’t realise that I’ve been crying until the tears turned my sideburns wet and cold.

WIP Wednesday

(but is thursday so yeah)

Hi folks, I'm alive :) and working on several separate projects! Two are for my dear friends @confused-bi-queer @hushed-chorus for stories they are working on, and one is pure self-indulgence, :D let me show you some previews (quite the mix of fandoms).

This is almost done, and is for the next chapter of 'The rise and fall of us' by @confused-bi-queer. Stay tuned for it! Is a very sentimental and heart-warming scene <3 the most hurt-comfort thing, and Ebb supremacy!

The chapter 5 of the fic I'm cowriting with @hushed-chorus 'For all intents and purposes' is maybe my secret favourite, if chapter 2 was not so epic. Working on the art for it! It is a colourful and full of joy moment!

... and then, this grape slut. (Ok no, is a sad meow meow but a hot one ok?). I'm in my Jiang Cheng era, and I'm not apologetic for it at all. Working on this indulgent piece, based on a powerful scene of 'Upon our silver bridge' fic by TheWanderingHeart on Ao3. Look it up if you haven't already, made me a JC believer. I'm still reading tho, but is a *chef's kiss* post canon story.

in modern aus i see people having suibian and bichen as like pets, but what if it was just their laptops. wwx and jc have matching laptops and wen chao gets wen zhuliu to throw jc’s laptop in a river and wwx just like changes his password and wallpaper and is like dope i found your laptop. jc is like wow! i dont remember having so many memes on my laptop but my laptops back! lwj is on a quest to find out why wwx is doing his entire thesis in the notes app on his phone. wei ying come to the it department with me and all that.
