I’ve been a lot of ‘not’ lately. Some twists in life led to me going without my meds for about two weeks. Although I was able to focus on school and remain productive, I let a lot slide over the last 14 days. Today I woke up an was able to do the things I let go of. There are so many days I wake up and think “I really don’t need these meds. I think I can finally do it on my own.” The sad part is, that’s just the mania talking.
