02.11.99 third studio album of RATM a vision totally rooted in the social clamor, with violence and attitude of reconfirming step with the respective anti-imperialist darts of "Evil Empire" (1996) to Rage Against The Machine did not do more than consolidate its posture with more of the same, this time with an album no less counter-attacking and largely based on Orwellian dogmas of that great work called "1984", full of revolution in a world full of dictatorship, control and repression. This album is a book of quotes and things to discover. The band insists on its concept that by the way has made us turn around everything they teach us about the holocausts, wars, and above all, the culture of American government, the CIA or the FBI that have done so much harm to the people indigenous and latin. The infested of raw and enveloping rap of 'Born As Ghosts' continues to tell us that there is a lot of black blood here and 'War Within A Breath' closes full of vibration and power a disc of almost epic proportions in terms of content and music. It is the last of original songs, a work that does not bore, despite the years already (almost 20) and that its members have done many other things out there, is an album that left us extremely widowed from a band unique in its kind and that has long ago won a place of triumph in the history of rock of all time #rageagainstthemachine #thebatleoflosangeles #epicrecords #zackdelarocha #timcommerford #tommorello #bradwilk #brendanobrain #losangeles #georgeorwell #informationmanipulation #politicalrepression #rockandroll #rapmetal #funk #calmlikeabomb #guerrillaradio #resistance #raceforjustice #revolution #amerindians #latino (en Lima, Peru) https://www.instagram.com/p/BvYXB9BH_yY/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=ek1ljs0nyikl

The nineties was for many a long party and 1999 was the most important of all. Limp Bizkit was the band that dominated that last year and the end of the century. Either you love them or hate them, they were never boring. "Significant Other" was and still is an album that can make people jump at a party. The most important hits "Nookie", "Break Stuff", "Rearranged" and "N 2 Gether Now" are the successes that everyone remembers (and follows) there are also hidden gems. "Just Like This", "I'm Broke", "1999" and "Show Me What You Got" with collaborations of Scott Weiland of Stone Temple Pilots, Jonathan Davis of Korn, Method Man of. Wu-Tang Clan, Les Claypool of Primus and Matt Pinfield joined the album. Limp Bizkit did what all the good bands do, they evolved towards something better. Of course, they do not sound the same as in their debut, but this does not mean they have been "sold". The goal of Limp Bizkit was to improve the first album and define its sound, which they did, up to a point. his music itself is oriented to mixed rhythms. The guitar riffs are great, with some experimentation. The drums are tight and fierce when necessary, almost always firm. The bass is incredibly thick and powerful, it is the strong point of the album. The cover of the album a rapper with fat clothes "baggy style" was designed by Wes as he did almost all the visual artistic work of the band. Years before groups like Aerosmith and Run-D.M.C. They collaborated on "Walk This Way", many rock and rap artists have given everything to combine the two genres. even Cypress Hill and the Beastie Boys, and what to say the Latin Molotov supergroup (Mexico) have always had a very thin line to separate the music; It never mixed completely. "Significant Other", is a pure masterpiece that becomes one of the best English albums of hip-hop and hard-rock in recent years. This is because the album works very well in both genres, which makes it almost impossible to archive. #limpbizkit #interscoperecords #rockrap #hardcore #terrydate #hiphop #hardrock #scottweiland #Djpremier #losangeles #california #methodman #mattpinfield #nrgrecordingservices #parentaladvisory #UniversalMusicPeru (en Lima, Peru) https://www.instagram.com/p/BumtStKH0oF/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=14caj3zykyvyp

He says what he needs to say on this album and that's it. And for everyone who thinks he was successful due to Biggie's death, they should think for a minute. No Way Out was a popular album released in '97 during a time when rap still had some things in its favor. Originally titled "Hell Up", but changed after the death of Notorius, it was a great commercial success. Just because an album works well commercially does not mean it's good. The album begins with a very dramatic and gospel influenced introduction, which leads directly to some of the good songs from the album "Victory" (with The Notorious BIG & Busta Rhymes) as "I'll Missing You" by Faith Evans ( Notorious woman) is a deep song made in memory and tribute to his close friend, and legendary MC Biggie Smalls, is also dedicated to anyone who has lost someone close. Most people who consider themselves true "Listeners of the Rhythm" would never have a tape, CD or LP of Puff Daddy in their collection, they would consider it Pop-Rap, this is not hiphop. However, I am not ashamed to admit that I am the owner of this cassette (I have it as a collection, since I do not have any of his other albums). I think the production of this album is compliant, and the fact that Biggie is in the whole album makes it worth having. The best song of this album is Young G's, a song with Biggie and JayZ. I am not, nor do I believe, "meet or rap-listener" when I give my criticism to Puffy, listen well to this album and be honest. #nowayout #badboyrecords #aristarecords #eastcoast #puffdaddythefamily #notoriusbig #BustaRhymes #mase #LilKim #carlthomas #JayZ #blackrob #ginuwine #twista #foxybrown #faithevans #billboard #stevenjordan #dericangelettie #nashiem #myrick #ronlawrence #cassettehiphop #rapcassette #hiphopvintage #vintagerap #billboardhiphop #hiphopcollector #hiphopgoldenage #hiphopalbum (en Lima, Peru) https://www.instagram.com/p/BumFQOyHbE-/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=6ej9iza028m6

It's one of those albums that is worth listening to, from the first song to the last. The songs highlighted here are "three delinquents", "Lower Eastside", "Im Addicted" among others. work, with Funky flavor, where you hear trumpets mariachis, without forgetting its origins. A Latin sound so irresistible, if your taste is Cypress Hill, Funkdoobiest or groups like that, then consider adding to this band. to this day, I wonder why the fans of the LA Rap, qualified as "aspirants or copy of Cypress Hill." They are totally wrong in all angles. Delinquents acquires its own originality, and its style was certainly above the average of Chicano rappers like kid frost, lil rob and mr.capone. Chicano rappers are the ones who really gave weight to Latinos on the west coast. Some of his colleagues like Tha Mexakinz, Main One, etc. They also shared the same destiny. Like Cypress Hill, Delinquent Habits incorporated a bit of their Latin culture to their music (Mexican to be precise) their rhythms and lyrics are much more influenced by Mexican culture, so I think they are an unforgettable group in hip hop . A great attraction for me was the use of Mexican music that their families and ancestors grew up listening to and creating a pleasant, modern and street rap environment. #westcoast #losangeles #santaana #eastlosangeles #california #rap #loudrecords #rcarecords #bgmariola #bgmentertaiment #pmprecords #paulsteward #sendog #hurricaneg #kimberlyfelty #bigbassbrian #kemotheblaxican #elgueroloco #ogstyle #mexico #chicanorap #hiphophistory #rapcollector #hiphopalbums #cassettehiphop #tapemadeincolombia #hiphopcollector #tapehiphop #hiphopvintage #hiphopcollector (en Distrito de Lima) https://www.instagram.com/p/BuKYu0dnpBc/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=uf6mijvutsk9

Billy Hoyle (woody harrelson) and Sidney Deane (Wesley Snipes) are a couple of basketball scammers. They team up to cheat through the LA pitches, playing a game that is fast, dangerous, and fun. Directed and written by Ron Shelton, and co-starring Rosie Perez, "White Men Can not Jump" was a comedy hit. The script with wit and satire. The well-chosen soundtrack, but missing a funky song by James Brown (the father of soul) called "Super bad". This song is the music they play in the film during the scene in which Billy and Sidney play in the fraternity championship. It's a great song, but it's not on the CD or on this cassette. By far one of the best basketball movies I've seen. #whitemencantjump #whitemencantrap #soundtrack #emirecords #capitolrecords #hiphop#rapoldschool #billboardhiphop#hiphopcollector #hiphopgoldenage#rapjam #hiphopalbums #woodyharrelson #streetball #wesleysnipes #theoriginalmotionpicture #cassettehiphop #rapcassette #hiphopvintage #vintagerap #emirecordsgroup #rosieperez #sterlingsound #ronshelton #losangeles #parentaladvisory (en Lima, Peru) https://www.instagram.com/p/Btyn2N6nJvz/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=162zv332k0fif

Second soundtrack of the 1992 comedy film "White Men Can not Jump". released in April of the same year, through EMI takes six tracks totally hip hop rap. Here the jewel of the cassette is "Fakin the Funk" by Main Source. It is not the common version of the album that appears in compilations, reissues or YouTube, but the original version without editing that was and still is eliminated, even so we enjoy in our ears this classic in the 90s!! #whitemencantrap #whitemencantjump #cypresshill #booyatribe #mainsource #gangstarrv#soundtrack #collegeboyz #emirecords #capitolrecords #hiphop #rapoldschool #billboard hiphop #hiphopcollector #hiphopgoldenage #hiphopalbums woodyharrelson #wesleysnipes #theoriginalmotionpicture #cassettehiphop #rapcassette #hiphopvintage #vintagerap #emirecordsgroup (en Lima, Peru) https://www.instagram.com/p/BtMKYwvnpWO/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=qvn9l074hq9c

First album of Will Smith, after being part with DJ Jazzy Jeff & The Fresh Prince. The album, considered by critics and fans as an iconic, released by Columbia record in the USA (1997) presenting hits like "Men In Black" sountrack of the movie of the same name, "Gettin 'Jiggy Wit It", "Miami" and the significant message to the parents and children of "Just the Two of Us". To this day, most people pay attention to four hit songs on this album and the fact that "Big Willie Style" was Will Smith's first solo album. In addition to all that, this album was very well produced by the masters of the Poke & Tone rhythm. Nasir Jones (NAS) was also a co-writer on this Will Smith album. He worked on 3 of the songs on the album including the hit # 1 "Getting Jiggy Wit It". Will Smith won two Grammy's for best solo rap performance for the song album category for "Men in Black", in 1997 and for "Gettin 'Jiggy Wit it" in 1998, making Will the only artist in history to receive two Grammy in this category and two songs from the same album. #meninblack #bigwilliestyle #columbiarecords #grammys #billboard #billboardhot #jefftownes #poke #tone #sauce #valvinroane #keithpelzer #miami #willsmith #thefreshprince #hiphop #mainstream #hiphopcollector #cassettehiphop #rap #rcarecords #jameslassiter #bennymedina #nasirjones #steviewonder #raphistory (en Lima, Peru) https://www.instagram.com/p/BstTTWKHZ4N/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=4e86cukasaqg

Once in March of 1991, a year before the riots and conflicts of Los Angeles (1992), possibly the best album of Ice-T a masterpiece. a concept that many rap albums simply did not have, and goes beyond the usual rap of the time (90s) that becomes exhausting after a while. driven by the simple "New Jack Hustler", the film "New Jack City", amazing 24 tracks of rhythms, rhymes, street and family violence, poverty, government oppression, social relevance, racism, sexism, each song has a message, and Ice-T is presented more as a philosopher than ever before. He established himself as the most relevant, even the most talented, lyricist of the West Coast musically, this album is also very diverse. Its producers and DJ Evil E provide excellent exquisite rhythms that really match the lyrics you create, either through samples or even live instrumentation. "Original Gánster" set the stage for the west coast to become a diverse, political, hard and experimental rap power unquestionable pioneer for the rap of the west coast and for the lyrical posture of gangsta-rap. Its producers include producer Afrika Islam, DJ Evil E, and others from the west coast of his Rhyme Syndicate crew. Despite his just anger at the police brutality, the politicians and the economic aspects of the penitentiary system, this is an unforgettable album, it is also Ice T at the peak of his creative powers. "O.G. Original Gánster "is a gold classic of hip hop, a cult album that could be appreciated in twenty years and that I recommend to all rap-listeners, rappers, curators and followers of the west coast-rap. #cantstopwontstop #jeffchang #generacionhiphop #investigationhiphop #sociology #ganstarap #weastcoast #icet #funk #sirerecords #afrikaislam #beatmasterv #djaladdin #natthecat #bilalbashir #bodycount #princewhipperwhip #donald #evile #randymac #billboard #thesourcemagazine #hardcore #hiphopcollector #hiphopgoldenage #hiphop #originalganster #hustler #losangeles (en Lima, Peru) https://www.instagram.com/p/BsY-3GIHRc2/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=1375h14bxsrhd
