If Nerdy Prudes Must Die got a muppet adaption I think Max should be the only human because it would be so funny to see a guy enact terrible violence on a bunch of puppets like the level of cartoon violence you could get to would be insane and also it would make Literal Monster really funny bc not only is Max acting like a monster, but beside the rest of the cast, who are all muppets, he'd kind of look like a monster as well

Fresh out of an A-Level Drama performance exam that me and some of my best friends in the world have been working on for months - it went SO well.

It's incredibly bittersweet because our performances went WONDEROUSLY but it's likely the last ever proper performance we get to do. As I'm taking photography in uni I doubt I'll end up performing again and I already miss it!!

We performed a section of my FAVOURITE play ever - the ocean at the end of the lane by the incredible Mr @neil-gaiman and also a handcrafted piece we created ourselves based on the gunpowder plot in a modern law office.

When I say I am surrounded by the most TALNETED people on the planet I TRULY mean it, I am so fucking proud of everything we (and the rest of our class) achieved and I'm so happy to be a part of something so positive.

A first year came up to me nearing the end of the day and started complimenting my group's pieces (especially Ocean as they had seen it live when it came to our local theatre) saying I looked exactly like Lettie and gushing about our lighting and physicality and how the jokes landed in our devised piece later on and I had to physically stop myself from being in TEARS because someone (especially someone coming into the course) was so passionate about our hard work and just <33333333

I think my favourite part was when the lights went down on our final piece and came back up on us smiling, with an audience laughing and cheering us on, after the stress of putting it all together combined with sorting all the timings, set, props and other aspects, it felt so good to have that validation that we DID this.

I keep saying it - but tearing up whilst writing all this out, I am SO. PROUD. of what we all did today.
