Sometimes if it's a one shot but usually no because if I reply to one and forget to reply to another, I don't want someone to get the impression I'm ignoring them by not replying, so I usually just do a big thanks or something in the author note's of the next chapter lmao

6: What is the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending?

Oh that's tough. Most of them are angsty but I'd have to say Mind Who You Reap.

7: What is the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?

That's even tougher. I think Haunted Heart because everyone gets the feel good ending.

8: Do you get hate on fics?

Sometimes but I just ignore them anyway, so mentally, no lol

9: Do you write smut? If so, what kind?

Yes. All kinds. A lot I don't post but of the stuff I do tends to be either vanillia or some sort of domination fetish (mostly about William being dominated or dominiating because yes)

10: Do you write crossovers?

I have one! A TEW/Black Butler crossover! In my own time I started writing a Criminial Minds/Black Butler and even a TMNT/Black Butler way back in the day but those are both very cringe now and will never see the light of day.

11: Have you ever had a fic stolen?

I don't think so, no.

12: Have you ever had a fic translated?

A couple into Russian

Nope. Well, sort of. There was a TEW thing going around for a bit but I don't think anything actually came of it?

14: What’s your all time favorite ship?

Ronilliam, hands down. I eat them up like no tomorrow.

15: What’s a fic you’d like to finish but don’t think you ever will?

The Red Record. I REALLY want to but I always have so many other projects on the go and it always ends up falling to the wayside despite having an outline ready and waiting to go.

16: What are your writing strengths?

Dialogue for sure.

Descriptions. Sometimes I'm good at them but other times they just falls so FLAT

18: Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language in a fic?

If a chracter speaks it, sure, why not?

Storm Hawks. Boy, that was the wild west for me.

20: Favorite fic you’ve written?

Oooo that's a hard one. Bewitched By the Eyes of a Reaper is up there but if I HAD to pick the ulitmate, it'd probably be Mind Who You Reap. It's not the best work I've ever done (part of me wants to rewrite it and update it a bit) but it's the one I can go back to and just enjoy reading without nitpicking myself too much lol

Shipping with William is so strange. I feel like you look at him and think he wouldn't work with anyone but then I've come to realise that he works well with a lot of characters? The popular Grelliam, the semi-popular Ronilliam, the SebWill's, the Eric/William or Alan/William, Undertaker/William and even down to the rareest pairs like Mey-Rin/William. He just, works?

I used to be one of those people who disliked OC/Canon but I've quickly changed my mind on that when I created an OC for him that was meant to be a horrible person but very swiftly devloped into an in depth reationship marred by lies and decit that formed into a deep love or willing to give her up so she may live a better life then what he could provide with everything taken from him (depnds on the story I want to write). Like genuinely, she's become 'canon' to me now and she's always part of his life whether his past is mentioned or not and I love them?

IDK, I'm rambling at this point, but I just wanted to say that shipping with William is a strange yet fulfilling expereince because I love the angst but I also love giving William the love and support and care that he deserves.

Listen, I have a lot of William thoughts. A LOT of William thoughts and some times, I just need to blurb and get them out there lmao

after them, before us also caught my eye!

Ah yes! I'm a firm beliver in Eric/William under very circumstances! It's also a sequal to an old fic of mine called Mind Who You Reap but it doesn't need to be read to understand much of what's happening in After Them, Before Us! Basically, both of them are grieiving for their lost loves in their own ways; Eric's more bombastic while William reverts back to his cold, indiffrent ways while holding back all his emotions. Eventually, they slowly start to help each other mourn in more healthy ways while fixing their friendship that William pretty much burned in the first story which slowly turns more romantic!

Eric/William is a guilty pleasure ship of mine because like I said, I firmly believe that it can work! Their personalities are opposties but I feel they can work really well off each other!

Here's a snippet from one of the many drafts of chapter 1! It's still a major work on progress, so whenever I decide to post it, expect it to have major changes!:

He winces at that very idea. Life partner. The very idea was silly, wasn’t it? He knew Alan was bound to die, everyone did, yet he still wanted to waste time on such human concepts such as engagements and weddings. Hell, even his proposal was far from what he’d ever planned. There wasn’t even a ring. Still, Alan had said yes. Alan wanted to marry him. He wanted to indulge in such concepts as well. Maybe it’s a victory he can hold over William’s head.

He sighs, pushing himself up from his chair. “Alan I’m home!” he calls to no one. “I’ll put the kettle on and then I’ll join ye on the couch.”

He does just that. He puts the kettle on and waits. What sort of tea does he want tonight? He’s not usually a tea drinker, but he finds himself having indulged in it more now that he didn’t have Alan to make it for. He eventually settles on chamomile. So with his tea made, he goes to the couch and leans gratefully into the cushions. It feels like it’s been a long day, it always feels like it’s been a long day, especially when he has to deal with William. Their fall out had carried on these last few months, neither wanting anything to do with the either. Eric wants to demand an apology from William for all the things he’d said regarding Alan, for casting away his feelings for Ronald so quickly, for thinking he’s above anything that had happened.

hey hey, you you!! i’m invested in the story and the mystery of william’s ex so far

I'm so glad to hear you're liking it so far! It's my first real step into a Grelliam story, so I'm still doing my best to find Grell's voice! As for the story itself, I have many things planned but not many I can say without spoilers! It's something new I'm trying and there is a semi-hint at a "big plot twist" in the title of the story but again, that's if I can pull off what I want to xD I will say that Will's ex will have more of a part fo play then I originally planned for her! There's some drama I'm looking forward to stirring up with her because who doesn't love some good drama? (for the record I do mean in story drama!) Conor is also of course not going anywhere, he'll be around to stir up his own drama with Grell because he's a character that won't take no for an answer!

I'd originally wanted Sebastian to have more of a part but I could really fit him in where I wanted him, so he gets an offscreen part!

I want there to be a lot more mystery to it and a lot more spooky scenes akin to Halloween! The backstory between Eric and William is slightly taken from my other fic Haunted Heart and I've always loved the idea of Alan and Grell being frenemies just because of the dress scene in the Most Beautiful Death musical! I'm getting more of the meat of the plot ironed out, which is why it's on a semi-hiatus right now, but I plan to get back to it very soon! You have my word anon!

Memories of Mortals and Madmen rework? tell me more

Okay! So! I realised that a lot of the old version progressed way too fast! Relationships weren't built and no one was given time to breathe to have some development and I realised (after playing throuhg TEW2 again) that Seb shouldn't still be working for the KCPD (TEW2 is taken into account but I'm not really following that timeline, just picking certain plot and fact points from it lmao), so I had to reimagine the story with that involved! I also wanted to give William more people to interact with since he'd just be all alone otherwise (which would be accurate but he needs someone to bounce off of that's not Joseph when Joseph isn't there!) Speaking of relationships, I wanted to fix William and Joseph's, actually give them more of a dynamic then have it happen for the sake of happening. The same thing goes for Ronald and William, as in the original story I had that relationships just thrown in last second. I also want to give Seb and Joseph more of a part too because they never felt like they had much of one! Seb was still upset over Myra and Lily (I mean, understandably) and Joseph was just kind of passive to it. I'm hoping with this rework, it's feel more like mutual pining at some point!

So, yeah! Lots of relationships changes! As for the plot itself, it's mostly going the same way except Lily will be an actual character eventually, the Undertaker's presence will be felt a bit more, the murder subplot for Seb and Joseph is more streamlined and makes more sense (Also make Joseph sound more Canadian. A lot more "eh's" because as a Canadian, I've never conciously realised how much I say it in every day conversation until writing Joseph xD) That's all I can really say without going full spoiler mde (not that really is any lol) but I'm REALLY hoping this rework turns out how I want it to!

Here's a small snippet from the first draft of the rework:

Joseph stares down at the business card he continuously flips between his fingers. He’s not exactly sure why he thought having lunch with William would be a good idea but after this morning, he just wanted to have a small break without feeling like he was losing his mind a second time. While things were still tense with Sebastian, it was work that made him feel like he’d gone mad. When he’d asked about the body he’d found last night, Wolfe acted like he’d never heard of such a thing. He’d even looked himself and there was no official report made but it wasn’t like he made it up. He knew what he saw with his own two eyes, which, he supposes, couldn’t be very reliable narrators at times. It was also the time he’d officially met William and this business card proved it. If there was no body, there wouldn’t have been a Grim Reaper but he supposes bringing that up wouldn’t set well with anyone at work.

A grim reaper. William. He still thinks the man is mocking him, especially when he looks at the number on the business card. 444-444-413 just didn’t seem real but of course it was. William may not have answered but he did call him back, so obviously, the call had gone through.

He sighs, looking out the window. Ten minutes into his lunch break and he wonders if William will show up at all. “I apologise but there was a soul that needed collecting before I met you.”

The cool, posh, English accent isn’t hard to distinguish and of course when he turns from the window, he sees William just taking the seat across from him. He looks just as he had the last two times Joseph had seen William, although he does seem to be leaning just slightly more on his right and there’s an even slighter pinch to his expression. “I’m just glad you came.” he looks William over. “Are you okay?”

“I’m fine.” William dismisses his worry with a wave of his hand. “I merely had a run in with a demon when you’d called and I’m afraid I may have broken a rib or two. Nothing to concern yourself with.”

“A broken rib? Two?! Shouldn’t you be going to a hospital?”

“Goodness no. One thing you must understand Oda is that wounds like broken bones, bruises, cuts, things that may be fatal to a human are mundane to us. Our bodies will heal on their own so long as it isn’t a slash from a death scythe. Even a demon’s claw, while painful and more dire, will continue to heal on its own with a bit more rest. I’m sure by tonight, I will be fine.”

Just went back and found those panels of William again and is this how it feels when ankles used to be scandalous? Because I saw just an extra fracton of skin more then usual of his wrist and I'm fanning myself going "good heavens." Is this what it's like to be a Victorian Gentleman? Is this what Grell feels like with Will? Because I understand.
