I have so many nervous tics.

The looking at my heart rate on my watch is one of them, but my main one is watching MLP.

I watch it or just listen to the songs, cause they make me feel like all of my troubles are going to go away.

It makes me feel like I'm watching MLP season 6 when school was easy and I didn't have to worry about M*ss*ck.

When I'm nervous I look at my watch. I check my heart rate. Its oddly calming, but at the same time, my anxiety is off the charts often when I do it.

I challenged myself to have a stopwatch go for 100 hours. It went for about 102. My anxiety is through the ROOF because of my inability to calm myself.

Then, a name I use is assigned to a character that I liked. What's so bad about that? Nothing. I just am... upset... at the fact that the character uses female pronouns as well. It makes me feel worried. Makes me feel like I'm the one being called a female. I know it isn't me, but it's my name. So I automatically think it's me. And I don't want the character have to be changed because of me. I feel stupid about that. I also don't wanna say anything cause what if clown gets upset? I don't want clown to be mad or anything.

I just feel upset in general and desperately want to go get my comfort food but I can't cause its too late into the day.
