Late. Really late.

A young troll stands triumphantly in front of mountainous tarp. The troll is Dapper Meisie, and she is splattered from head to toe in a veritable spectrum of blues. Beside her are several cans of various blues, along with painting supplies; brushes, rollers, stencils, mixing trays, even spray cans. She let out an exhuasted sigh, shuffling over to one of the many desks in the hangar-style room. She brushed off her hands, moving papers and pinning blueprints to an alreasy overfull corkboard. She stops, picking up a slip of paper. Dapper broke into a weary smile.

“All for you.”

She chuckled softly, scooting her chair back to take a seat. She does so, moving it back up to her desk as she promptly passes out.

The chair was caught on the tarp. It isn’t pulled all the way off- only partially. It seemed to be some kind of rocket, or silo, or some other cylindrical vehicle. It is gracefully painted, a large V stylized on the side- it looks as though it were made of ice. The thing resta on two long runners, both of which are bladed on the bottom, like ice skates. Underneath the V are the words “Ice Breaker”. One can only wonder what it is, or what it means.

The thing about Open Rp’s

Since we don’t really do them very often anymore here’s how I play them:

They are open to anyone!

Multiple people can reply to the same open!

Some people can even reply to an open that’s already in progress and initiate a three-way interaction, but you should check with folks first

You do not need talksprites to reply to an open

YOU DO NOT NEED TALKSPRITES TO REPLY TO AN OPEN

The interactions can exist in a state of both in-person and over trollian. It depends how it’s addressed (Schroedinger’s Interaction)

I won’t freak out if you assume it’s in person and your troll comments on my human

Open Rp’s and talksprite interactions used to be huge markers for what was going on in the community and it was a lot easier to follow and develop a sense of people’s ocs

They were also a great way for new people to get involved and recognized!
