For the WIP game, Hydra Celestia Design sketches? 👀👀👀

This is a wip design for Kei, aka Hydra Celestia - one of the main antagonists in Mahou Celestia Project. She's a rogue Maiden (a magical girl who doesn't work for the stella corps like the main magical girls do) whose powers are themed around, well, the Hydra. She can heal from almost anything and create clouds of poisonous gas.

These sketches are from last year so I'll probably overhaul the design before she ends up in any illustrations, but the overall aesthetic will be sticking around.

The 'rude/demanding' tone would be stuff along the lines of "if you like but don't reblog I'll [threat]" which i see surprisingly often, both serious and more silly
