I'm trying to remember the last time I slept this much? Appreciative there's actual sleep but it's becoming a real challenge getting up to do things, and I don't exactly feel have so much energy? Maybe this is the first step? But I'm not sure... What this sorta recovery looks like?

I want to stop wallowing in self pity but it feels like I don't know what absence of such would look like, I need to sit with it, cos it's my responsibility. There's reasons I lose friends and it's my own doing. Their hurt is my responsibility, and I took it took for granted

Hives sucks. Hives sucks especially cos this is first time in years since had it this extensively. It doesn't hurt (which I'm grateful) but the itch is introducing me back to the joys of compulsive skin picking from all these scratch marks, cos I'll be so itchy I'll forget to take the antihistamines in my bag and I keep getting distracted by scratchfests every time I get up to get them.

Your acceptance of people who are “weird” or don’t follow social norms should not be conditional on them disclosing neurodivergence. 

#but is this implying disclosing does make people be more lenient or less disturbed? #i guess it's just not my experience #not that the above would be much better?
