I'm tired of the hate Dub fans get to this day. Listen, I get it, I really do. But being completely honest, for me personally, I don't think there's any time - when I found it as a teenager - to now, that I would have wanted to watch the sub, if not for the dub. The "Dumb jokes" is part of the appeal for me. Now don't get me wrong, I have since went back and watched Adventure-Tamers subbed, and it was very interesting to go back and see what the original version was like. But I will always prefer the dub. And I'm sorry, "Do you know what a semi-conductor is?" - "A guy who works part time on a train?" will always make me smile.

Yes!

Digimon kinda suffers from a massive spoiler problem. The show itself in it's openings, endings, promotional material etc etc. seems to not care about spoilers when it comes to character reveals and digivolutions.

Characters like Kari and Ken are so hard to work around when showing a new person the series and they deserve to be surprises when they appear.

Then there's the digivolution reveals. I personally believe the emotional moment of a digimon evolving to the next level is ruined when you know what it looks like. It's supposed to be a surprise to both you and the tamer.

Confession- Tai is and always will be my favorite fictional character of all time. But when I got older, I realized I'm more like Matt in terms of personality. I didn't like him as a kid because of how fans portrayed him, but now he's my second favorite Adventure DigiDestined!

What really bums me out is that the first digimon movie was so so good for my soul as a kid, and now you can’t even buy it anywhere because it did so bad apparently. I’ll never have an hd version of the movie that honestly saved me from alot as a kid.

I was a kid when I first watched Digimon. I'm 35 now. Still to this day, I quote the joke from Izzy and Tentomon that goes, "Look! A Sign!" "From above?" "No, here on the ground." It's so simple and silly and I love it.
