BEGGING BUSINESS
Before I start this post, I express my gratitude and heartfelt and a BIG THANK YOU to my dearest friend and brother Tarun Rohra for sharing some vital information on the topic. I also Would like to express my thanks to Google for some important data.
Imagine yourself going somewhere and suddenly you approach a beggar and specially a deformed one. Maybe they do not have eyes or a body part is not in functional order. You see that beggar and feel sorry and give some money to the poor beggar and they go away. You might think that you did a great deed by giving some money. Here is the time that you are wrong and there is more than what meets the eye. Your amount of money does not really reach the beggar. In fact it goes to their leader who makes them beg. Sad but true. This begging problem specially in India has taken a shape of professional business.
There is a large syndicate that is operating in quite some parts of India. The ring leader kidnaps children and many times makes them handicapped in many ways and send them to beg and earn. Later when the children go to beg and whatever money they get goes to the ring leader and children get nothing. So the money you think has gone in the hands of a poor beggar has actually been wasted. This was also shown in Danny Boyle's award winning film The Slumdog Millionaire" starring Dev Patel, Irrfan Khan and many more.
At many times Begging is not just limited to money. Many times beggars ask for medicines also. For that they prepare bogus prescriptions and fake patient's name also. This something new I came to know that even for medicines beggars do all this and God knows that the might be doing with the Medicines. Does it reach the required patient?? I really have no clue about this.
Then there is one more scam in the begging business. If the beggars get something to eat like biscuits. After they get biscuits specially the brand new packed ones they give it to shop owners in exchange of money and then with that money they probably buy cheap drugs. Again money wasted indirectly. Above Medicine scam and this biscuit scam information was given to me by my friend Tarun as he has gone through this.
https://pib.gov.in/Pressreleaseshare.aspx?PRID=1781351
The Above link is a survey about the Begging problem in INDIA covering maximum states and Maharashtra is Ranked 27th in this survey.
Since in the start I raised the problems that how this business is going or proceeding. Now anyone who reads this might think that what is the solution to this. i can give an Idea on personal level as to how we can do our part that might just help. The first and the most important step to curb this Begging menace is do not give them a single penny from your side as the reason now is known to many. If any of them cry that they have not eaten for some days buy them some eatables and make them eat in front of your eyes so that you are assured that your money again is not gone in cheap drugs. In Anyway do not give them any amount of money.
In the above survey there were quite few mentions that how NGOS,Government and many bodies are coming ahead with schemes and plans to tackle the Begging problem. Many plans are being formulated for rehabilitation of children involved in begging. The governing authorities will do their work in rehabilitating the beggars but will this Menace of Begging ever get curbed or rather be done with. Will the people involved in this Begging Business ever understand that now their time to stop has come? It is a difficult situation. Even with all facilities or plans we make for them to do better, will they change in future and stop getting involved in this Begging Business.Only time will give the answer.

A Wrong Association
I was waiting for Valentines day to get over so that I could write this blog. But yes it took me quite long due to other commitments. Anyways here it is.
Valentines day is celebrated every year in february and this celebration takes place at many places or say nations. I had read about the history little bit but at present do not remember much but all I know it is celebration of love and happiness and in our country India and specially in Mumbai the craze for the Valentines day is over to a new level. One week before only the sensation and celebration begins say from 7th to 14th february. Restaurants, shopping malls and all florists earn big bucks by providing special packages and discounts on big brands are given.
That was about the way how valentines day is celebrated. Now as per the heading says "A Wrong Association" I wish to share what is wrong about the Valentines day. Whenever this day comes near a flood of memes and trolls and many cheap jokes are circulated on all types of social media. All the memes and trolls which are posted are forcefully associating Valentines Day with Sexual pleasures and I mean Sexual pleasures. This opens up a psychological aspect that Valentines Day is only and only about having sex between boy and girl. Sorry for being straight forward but this is how valentines day is portrayed on media. Let me share some things that I saw on social media. One page or account shows that youngsters are stating that on 14th feb children are making excuse of extra classes but whereas they are going to OYO hotels to celebrate Valentines Day(Although Sex was not mentioned but hint was there). One more post that floated a lot was in Hindi. It read like " Agar 14th tak koi Ladki nahi Mili to iska Matlab Valentines Day humare sanskriti mein Nahi Hai" translate in English " If till 14th I do not find a girl then it means Valentines Day is not in our culture". I mean it is quite silly to post such things. It speaks a lot about cheap mentality of the people be it youth or any matured adults.
So, to all those people and I mean people all I wish to say that Love is not only associated with sexual pleasures. There is no need to associate Love with sex. You can spread love in many other ways. Go to orphanages where small children need love or go to old age homes spread love there with old age couples whose own children may have sent them there to die. This idea specially should be given to those people who think that Valentines Day is to be celebrated between couples whether married or unmarried. Love sees no boundaries and love is eternal and never ending and most important if you love someone do it with a clear intention and specially without any expectation. If your love is true then you may get back but if it comes with conditions or some agreements so do not love anyone.
Finally all that I have tried to convey through this blogpost that the Association of Valentines Day specially with sex is a wrong idea and also I wish to say that I am not against Valentines Day in fact I also Celebrate Valentines Day but I do not do it with expectations. Spread love everywhere and keep people happy and celebrate love to the fullest.

TOTAL WASTE
Please Note-This blog is just a personal opinion based Blog and the statistic to be given is also a hypothetical one. If there is something that I may have not included in my post is unintentional.
Earlier times Shopping was quite interesting and at a particular departmental store or a local shop one would get approximately everything. Slowly many shops catering to different needs of consumers and their interests also popped up. By shopping I mean not only limited to groceries or household needs it can be everything or anything.
Then at upcoming times wholesale markets grew and gained some popularity due to the reasonable rates at which they provided some good stuff. Let us take an example of APMC Market Vashi. APMC's major role in encouraging farmers to sell their produces and stopped exploiting of farmers in anyway and also maintain fair trading practices. This is somehow first time anybody would have heard of Corporate social responsibility seen in markets.
After all the expansion of markets in all possible ways then later in 1999 the first Mall was opened in Delhi by Ansal Plaza and then crossroads and then seeing this many more malls started to open and a Mall Culture developed in India.
Slowly and steadily Malls started blossoming and housed many brands and with that provided some wholesome entertainment by including food courts, playing areas for children and many more things came into being and they are continuing which proves to be a boon.
This was history about malls. Now lets come to present and what is the scenario. At present I personally feel that these malls are somehow threat in matter of shopping at least. The big brands which are in malls and in any mall are a "TOTAL WASTE".
Let us take a hypothetical example of what I am trying to show. Let us take example of Infiniti Mall Malad. Now just Imagine that 3000 people visit the mall and out of them only 500 actually buy things from the mall. So they become Niche customers who come and buy. But what about those 2,500 people who have come and all that they do is window shopping and then go to food courts and chill. Its a loss and not a small Loss but averaging big loss. You can get the same thing outside at less rates like small scale shops then what is the use of having big brands in malls where large number of people actually avoid to do so.
This above hypothetical example with a statistic is just for an idea and explanation as to what I want to show. Otherwise the numbers of crowd going to mall is quite big and huge in numbers. Adding to this the example which I gave was given to me by a worker in a mall where I recently visited. Not mentioning Name of person and shop where he worked.
So Finally I am not blaming malls for anything but all I wished to write that If the shops specially the big branded ones want more people to come and purchase from them the shops need to take some serious steps in order to let more people buy from them otherwise all people will do is come to malls for entertainment purpose and window shop and the big brands will continue to suffer.

FORGET AND FOCUS
It has been one and half week since the most disappointing cricket world cup ending with Australia winning the cup for the 6th time. To be very honest in this post as I saw the finals I came to this conclusion that it was our fault meaning Indian team's fault.
If anyone apart from me had observed the whole match closely would also agree to this. First of all 241 runs is not a target one can give to a strong team like Australia. Atleast a 300 above target would qualify enough to defeat Australia. Second Bowling and fielding should have been strong enough like Australia showed when they bowled and fielded. It was all matter of Intent to win which Aussies showed and they won.
Anyways now what is gone is gone and It is a horrible past to put behind. No doubt India played superb throughout the tournament but finals what not their day.
Now here are two things to do: Forget and Focus.
FORGET
Forget that who contributed most or least
Forget which Indian Player did what or what he did not do.
Forget that Rohit Sharma displayed bad batting and went out early.
Also forget that in a big finals this player could have done more or better because its no use. Focus Ahead
Now the 2023 world cup has ended and we shall see it after four years and hope for the best. But there are so many events to looks forward like t20 world cup 2024 will come and many more series and tournaments to play and win. In all keep on playing and improving the team. But yes one thing Indian team needs to do is do a little less experimentation and do more of building a dedicated team which can play well in pressure situations as that is the main need of time.
I followed social media a lot and was actually happy to see an understanding fanhood who did not abuse anyone from the team nor did any violent action like burning effigies or breaking player's houses like it happened in 2007 when India suffered early exit.
With this I end this article and just hope that Indian team just focus and do well in future by playing good cricket and for them to do good we as Indian cricket fans should keep past behind and support our team so their morale is strong and they play well.

The 2002 Wound
External wounds can be healed with time with right medication but what about Internal wounds which sometmes or most of the times do not heal. The Internal wound I am till today suffering is very deep and cannot be forgotten. This wound was given by "That Cousin".
Let us go in background first. Among my family friends and their families there used to be a Vaishno Devi tour organised on last day of Diwali that is Bhaubeej. In 2001 When I went after a long time to Vaishno Devi in jammu since I was the only child from my family hence I was welcomed and treated with lot of affection. I was welcomed for game of cricket and other games. Often if i used to not come to play so some youngsters would come and encourage me to play with them. i was very happy that time the way I was treated by everyone in the group.
Come 2002, My hopes of going to Vaishno Devi were high because of previous year's great experience. I came to know that many of my cousins are also joining me and my hopes reached more high thinking that this coming year will be more of fun in Vaishno Devi Darshan. But I really did not expect what was in stored for me in this trip. As soon as the trip began It was just ok but later turned to be my worst Nightmare thanks to "that Cousin" of mine.
When we reached the hotel in katra Jammu I tasted the first unpleasant bite of discrimination. I was not allowed in the room of Youngsters and was told to stay away and stay in my room.
There are Many more things that happened which I will point out and elaborate.
Foul Cry of fever
This was the first night in Vaishno Devi and i was just having cold and cough and that too slight one but that cousin of mine turned it into fever by spreading rumours against me that I have fever and this was done to keep me out of their late night fun.
Banned From Cricket
The Next day when i had taken my medicines and was feeling much better and I proceeded towards the lawn to play cricket i was shocked to find out that I was forbidden from Playing cricket and it was initiated by "that Cousin " of mine. They taunted me saying "Cricket is a big people's game and you are small"Forget playing with them when I was playing secretly with my age group they took away the bat from my hands and threatened me not to play or rather even think of playing cricket.
Discrimination at the Abode of Mata
When we reached the temple of Vaishno Devi there also I faced discrimination by the elders. They told me to go back to the hotel while they stay at the Bhavan to have fun. When i requested them for me to stay with them they hurled abuses at me as they did not want me. Worse was even god did not help me so whats the point in praying to God who never supports bhakts.
Late night parties and outings
These youngsters used to do party at late night though not of hard drinks but whatever and hide it from me specially so that I do not get to join them. They used to play games which anyone can play and I really do not know why they never wanted to involve me specially. they also used to go to eat paan outside hiding from me.
Forced to sleep While back
This was was icing on the cake. Now I had a problem that I could not sleep at night once I slept in afternoons. i had told my aunt to request the youngsters to let me be awake and have fun with them but that did not have seemed to affect them. At night all the elders were having fun and whenever I tried to go to them and request they used to shout at me and forced me to sleep. However I slept weeping at 4 am i still remember.
All these above points which I mentioned where schemed and and planned by "That Cousin" of mine. I never knew and expected this behavior from that cousin of mine. Today also I am Married 35 years of age, can do a lot of things in my life but all these things till today affect me and have caused a deep resentment in my heart.
I do not care who feels bad and whatever happens but I hope that cousin of mine learns his lessons from past of putting me though due to which I have been troubled and he learns them the hard way.
Please note this blog will not be deleted irrespective of who feels bad or anything.

ARE WE READY?
Its 2023 and it is the year of ODI World cup which will commence on 5th of October. India has won 1983 and 2011 world cup and now we all are eyeing the third title. But after recent developments which have taken place like loosing to West Indies and lot of experimentation going on I really want to ask all cricket fans that "Are We Really Ready?"
I never felt that in my whole life being an Indian Cricket fan I would actually raise such a question. We as Indians would say this to satisfy our Ego "Yes we are ready" then "We want the third title" but in reality we are quite far from ready. The reasons are quite obvious and many people know these reasons.
Do not get me wrong I am as much as Indian cricket fan as many of us are and I too want Men In Blue to win this again but there are some problems that Our Team needs to look at and work upon.
The First problem would definitely be STOP EXPERIMENTATION. This has been a major problem since long and whenever We have fallen in this experimenting trap we have lost some easy matches and paid heavily for it. Sometimes A match winning player who played so many knocks is benched and an inexperienced player turns up and it does not work but we still stick to same formula.
Second Problem is LACK OF COLLECTIVE EFFORT.
The team is selected and preparations are done but when the players are on field there is over dependence on few players to carry the game on their shoulders and it is limited. Now for example if Suryakumar yadav is on field and he is playing well so now whole team depends on SKY to win the match single handedly which is not fair also. Other players forget that they are also a part of team and while on field it is their responsibility too in order to win. We have heard this too many times "Cricket is a TEAM GAME" so its all selected player's responsibility to give in.
The Third Problem is FAVOURITISM
This is an Age Old flawed System of BCCI and the selectors. Management needs to get rid off it in for betterment of our team in future. Players should be chosen on merit and capability rather than someone being related to some big personality and fine example is of KL Rahul. We all know why is he being given enough chances and he has hardly done anything about it. We need to select on basis of their performance and that's it.
Fourth Problem is Nervousness At Big Level.
I will start with example of Sanju Samson to make it simple. Now Sanju Samson has been most talked about player after his failure on big stages. Whatever chances he got on International Level he has miserably failed. It is pure nervousness. But it is not his fault many players get nervous and begin to make mistakes. What is important is to learn and make it big.
Final Problem is Role Recognition.
This has also been a big problem for our players as at times they tend to forget that they are to play an important role. Captain (Whosoever) must encourage players to recognize their importance and teach them whatever they are suppose to do on field. Sadly this ended with MS Dhoni's exit from world of International cricket.
These are some basic problems based on personal observations. I have viewed these problems and hence put them forward.
I listed down the problems but solution lies in BCCI'S hand. If only Management and coaching staff and last but not least players along with captain think about all this and take some initiative for the betterment of Indian team then we can see a better future Indian Team.
Finally there is one hope that if there is a positive environment in the team and all players trust themselves along with each other and play up to their potential then I think that we may be ready.

Two Parallel Trends
We all must have learnt a lot about Parallel lines in Maths classes. The two lines run together and yet never meet each other but are still simultaneously running. Do not worry my post is not about these concepts. My this post is about two trends on social media with special mention to Instagram and Facebook. There is honestly no big connection in between but there is one common thing and that is “STUPIDITY”
Well lets get down to the two trends that have and are still having most attention on social Media.
1. Animal Abuse for Likes
This particular trend is till now getting a lot of attention on Instagram. Basically  many Insta handles are posting pictures of Dogs who are suffering from some sort of physical problems like some are getting old, whereas some are suffering from blindness or any other problems. Stupidity is after posting the poor animal’s photo the people are writing things like “I know I am blind so I wont even get one like or share” or stuff like “Don’t you Love me? If you do please hit a like”..I tried to find a picture to serve you all as a proof but I could not but you readers can find it on Instagram.
If the particular dog is different from rest others people can help them but what is happening to gain likes the owners are using their problems as a tool to gain popularity. I am not against their problems and have some heart for them but what is happening is pure stupidity. Earlier this trend had taken place but Babies with ailments had taken place and it was a big trend. This is in a way Animal Abuse. One more thing is the people posting these things do is “Emotional blackmail” like they write “Only those do not have heart will scroll further”. This is icing on  the cake. Honestly speaking if the owners posting this have a heart do something for the animals rather than misusing their problems it will benefit the poor animal.
2. Sushant Singh Rajput Case
On 14th June 2020 three years back Sushant ended his life and sparked a big outcry. Bollywood changed and so did outlook of people changed. Nepotism debate took over all sorts of media be it Print, Television or Social Media. Everywhere there was one big trend which still continues- Justice For SSR. Surprisingly many big names were dragged in this case. I will not name them as I do not wish to land in legal trouble.
I am a Sushant Fan personally speaking so much that when MS Dhoni Untold Story re-released on 12th May 2023 I again went to watch it but this time for Sushant. Alright, although I am his fan and I too want justice for him but seeing the current trend I am sorry to say Justice will not happen. Just by putting his photos on whole media Do you all think it will work?  Here comes the stupidity. The Only Solution as I see is people must come collectively and actively Petition the Government and fast track this case. File a Public Interest Litigation(PIL) and put the culprits to justice. One more thing that can simultaneously be done is Boycott the movies in which Sushant’s haters are involved . Do Not give them any business and see patiently how everything falls in place hopefully.
So these were the two trends that were running parallel but together. The trends were totally different in nature but common thing was stupidity. I am not saying that it is wrong to get likes for something or justice is impossible but all I am trying to say there is a genuine and positive way to do things.

A Process To Follow
Please Note- This Blog is just based on personal opinion and some observation regarding the sport of cricket. There is no intention to harm anyone anyways.
It has been just few days the carnival of cricket -IPL has ended. This year’s IPL was a crazy one where many Nail Biting Encounters were witnessed.Apart from that this IPL gave many great players some recognition for their heroics like Rinku Singh from Kolkata Night Riders,Yashasvi Jaiswal from Rajasthan Royals,Akash Madhwal from Mumbai Indians etc.
The players who performed well gained a lot of fame and became a discussion topic specially in Social Media. During the whole IPL tournament which ever player performed well in his department like Bowling or Batting or even say fielding with special mention to the catches they took, made them famous.
While they were giving great performances there were talks of the players being potentially good and  fit for the upcoming worldcup in this year. I saw some posts that spoke about Yashasvi Jaiswal’s great performance against many teams scoring Big runs.
I agree  and respect the feelings of everyone wanting a particular player to perform in the big stage or say international level but in my opinion I feel is that whoever has played well in IPL  should be first sent to play Domestic cricket or First Class-cricket or some tournaments like Ranji Trophy or Duleep Trophy and then if they fare well in these tournaments then they can be selected for big stages by which I mean playing on international Levels.
Let us take an example of a student in school.  Now any student is first selected for primary school to get them well wersed with basics. Then that student progresses to higher grades or classes based on their academic performances and then they come to the stage of giving board exams. No student will directly go in to the highest grade just like that. It will be making a fool of themselves . The same goes with the game of cricket.
In the previous blog named “IPL-A Spoiler” I had posted an article from Google which showed the Big IPL Players who failed on international Level. It happens only when players are selected only based on their IPL Performances and not given exposure to start from the grind. One thing is a must to remember that Playing for IPL and Playing for country is a different game altogether.IPL  cannot be a single criteria for choosing players for big levels.
Hence I would like to conclude by saying that Let the players who played well in IPL to follow a particular process of playing on small levels and then if they are successful there then promote them to big stages like t20 world cup or ODI World Cup or test championship. I really hope this happens and then we shall see IPL Stars performing well in Big games.

TAX IMPORTANCE
The Tax system in our Nation has been since long. During School times i remember studying about Jaziya A religious tax imposed on Hindus for pilgrimage. But that tax was collected only to benefit some sections not all. This tax was laid by Emperor Qutb-ud-Din Aibak.
This was past history Now we are in 2oth century and things have changed. With ongoing changes even Tax system has gone through massive changes. Long back there were different taxes but now under Modi Government Goods and Service tax(GST) has been introduced. Sounds very beneficial as it has become only one big tax to pay. There might be smaller ones also.
How Many taxes were there earlier or are there now is not the topic of this blog post.My main objective to write is to educate everyone the importance of taxation in our country. Tax is government’s income for running of the country. Just like we earn and make money to run our families in the same way our Government needs income to run the Nation.
Recently a video I had seen on social media that in Restaurants it is not necessary to pay GST tax and if Restaurants are charging you tax then you can refuse them. But to be honest it is important to pay taxes and those who are spreading wrong information are running a parallel economy which will never benefit anyone but few. The Restaurants also have to pay GST tax which they have to show in Audit. Not only Restaurants many big business or service establishments have to show in the Audit the amount of Tax they Pay.
USE OF OUR MONEY
Generally after paying tax or anytime many of us wonder how does our paying tax benefit us or the government. The Answer is whatever development we are seeing like new highways or any sort of development. It is all done by our taxes. Not only development but the salaries of our Soldiers guarding the country or the police force working tirelessly their salaries are from our taxes. Often we have wondered how is all this development or anything possible??it is all due to our taxes we are able to see all this. Even if we do not see the development at least see that our taxes are helping the Defence Unit of this Nation. The Soldiers because of whom we sleep peacefully also need money to feed their families. So we can be proud that our Tax paying is contributing to the soldiers
RTI (Right to information Act)
If it is important to pay taxes for development of our country likewise it is important to know whether our Money which we are paying in forms of Taxes is used properly or no. Hence Right To information plays a vital role in getting information from Authorities about our Money and government has to answer it. We pay our taxes dutifully but many times it happens if government has not done their work accurately .
To check whether our money is used correctly Right to information Act plays a crucial role and it brings transparency.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_scandals_in_India
It is quite true that sometimes our money has been misused and above is a list of scams or say scandals that have happened in our Nation. In 2008 post Attacks on Mumbai in November 26th 2008 when Kasab was caught. Most of our Money we paid to congress they used it for Kasab’s security and food. This created a big uproar and questioned credibility of Government that time. There was huge public outcry as to why a pest like Kasab is being fed on our tax money which was true. Hence Right to Information plays a pivotal Role.
So finally remember that in the end that it is our duty to pay Taxes and contribute to the growth of the Nation. If you do not pay the taxes think about the ways you are cheating the government and not only the government but imagine the Defence unit of the country and the soldiers who protect us. In case you feel you can not trust the government with your taxes Use Right to Information Act and bring Government on the front but do pay taxes.

BEWARE OF FRAUDS
Social media or emailing has  come with its own advantages in current times. Internet Users surf, connect , conduct their business activities and what not. However Use of Internet has come up with its biggest DIsadvantage- FRAUD.
Nowadays there are too many frauds happening online. One of the most common and simple of these frauds is -PHISHING. Well its simple. The hackers or fraudsters pose as Bank officials (Maybe Your bank)or as insurance agents and even lottery representatives and tempt the users with rewards and in return ask for personal details like CVV,OTP,A/C No etc. Many of the users who are smart enough know how to deal with these frauds. But new users do not know. Banks and insurance agents are also giving information on emails about PHISHING so the best thing is to do is to follow them.
But nowadays more dangerous type of FRAUD has cropped up. I do not know what name it is but this is how it works.
Hackers or Fraudsters hack facebook or instagram account of a friend or a relative and then ask their friends and relatives for some huge amount of money. The users think it is really their friend asking for money and they also promise to return the money and after the amount is transferred the hackers disappear never to come back.
What happens is that the user with whom such a fraud has happened does not receive his money back and cannot report to the police also. This is how such type of frauds gain more and more success.
WHAT TO DO??
A big question is what can one do best in order to avoid such a happening??Well it is simple.
If a friend or a relative approaches you and ask for money the first thing he will do is to ask on facebook messenger. He might give you a number saying it is linked to paytm or such digital wallet. Call your friend immediately and confirm whether he needs money really. If he says yes then the number he sent should match with your friend’s number. If not then in any case do not proceed. It is a fraud number. If your friend or relative claims he or she has been hacked then ask him or her to block their facebook or instagram account and also warn others that his or her account been hacked.
Well these are just basic things one needs to follow in order to avoid such frauds from happening. In any case of fraud also report to the police and that too their cyber crime department. Their experts will help you solve the problem.
This is all about dos and donts of Frauds. Now I would like to say that what collectively one can do to nab such fraudsters. These fraudsters on the rise are a big problem to the Nation indirectly. By such acts even Honest people conducting online Business get into trouble. People think that they are also fraudsters.
https://economictimes.indiatimes.com/tech/technology/over-95-of-firms-in-india-experienced-new-frauds-in-last-2-years-report/articleshow/95527522.cms
The Above link is a statistic of frauds reported in India via economic times. Well not a good sign and definitely a Hindrance in India’s Progress and development. If such frauds continue to happen then I fear personally it will not be good for Our Nation.
The only thing to remember is that these frauds need to stop and hackers or fraudsters need to be brought to justice.

IPL A SPOILER
Hello everyone
Its been very long since I have posted. My last post was on Diwali and after that i went off content for a very Long time. Now after following a lot of  happenings in the world of cricket  I found something to share with my followers.
Cricket had started as test match and that was the first format then came  One days, then to make it more challenging  came T20s.I have heard even Ten Overs cricket is there but its not gained much coverage. Well Anyway, It is interesting to note that how the game changed in a long period of time and how it will still be changing.
T20s also made its mark with many tournaments like Big Bash League,KFC T20 League,Indian Premier League(IPL),BPL,PSL and many more.
So let us talk about our own Country’s League the Most popular IPL which was started in 2008 and has continued to rule.Undoubtedly IPL is a biggest league and has the highest TRP ever. Its It is is even one of the most expensive leagues also. Well I can go on about IPL but we all know about it.
However with the so called unpleasant developments which have happened in Indian Cricket like Indian Team loosing few series,Asia Cup,T20 World CUp 2022,etc what I see is somehow linked to IPL. IPL has somehow corupted the form of our players.
I know its quite a big Allegation that too on IPL but here are some reasons behind it.
1.Crying fatigue
Now tmany players specially in Indian Team Play IPL with utmost dedication and sincerity but when it comes to playing International tournaments players show fatigue and injuries that time.
2. Failure in International stage
This  happened every year that few players in Indian Team were chosen onto play International matches from IPL but when it came to the big stage to perform they miserably failed.
https://cricfit.com/5-players-who-failed-in-t20is-but-made-it-big-in-the-ipl/
Here is the link which proves the point.
3. The Money Factor
Biggest possible reason behind failing on international level. IPL offers players huge sum of money and a better lifestyle. I am not aware on international matches how much players are earring but yes it maybe less and hence IPL becomes a spoilsport tempting players to make quick buck.
4.Betting and Fixng
Now IPL is such a big league so it has attracted evils of match fixing and betting.Who can forget Sreesanth’s story?? S.Sreesanth was caught in some scandal in 2013 and it destroyed his career forever.
There might be many reasons but I could think of these only. These poiints which I mentioned are somehow adequate that how IPL has been a spoiler.
IPL has given lot but it has equally taken a lot of things from the game of cricket.I know many people may not agree with this fact but IPL has been a spoiler. It has spoilt the fun of INDO-PAK Clashes on international Levels. Now I do not see much excitement when it comes to INDO-PAK Clashes in big events.
Hence I close down with the hope that in future if players who know that their form has been affected realize  it and pay serious attention to their form and whether you wish to play in big leagues play but also give equal chance to Playing for country rather than franchise beased cricket like the IPL.

SENSIBLE CELEBRATIONS
Wishing everyone a Happy Diwali and Prosperous New Year.Diwali is just few days away but this time excitement may not be that much due to current COVID-19 problems and keeping the safety norms.
https://www.thehindu.com/news/cities/Delhi/delhi-govt-bans-firecrackers-ahead-of-diwali/article33031095.ece
The Above Link reads that Delhi Government has banned Firecrackers keeping in Mind the COVID-19 pandemic which is yet not over. This had come few days back on Facebook which had an image format and having the Chief Minister’s photo. After that I read comments and i myself had also commented in support and got interesting and Negative or say hatred comments. Quite a few people used Swear Words against me just because I Supported what was right.
One of them tried to target another religion’s practice  by putting gun on my shoulders. Then there was another sample who was telling me not to use cars, fridge or Air conditioners etc at home. I rather found it funny that what was the topic and how they derailed the topic and  just wrote non sense.
By going through their comments on Facebook,I realized that their priorities are so messed up.Those such people think that the only way to enjoy Diwali festival is only to burn crackers and nothing else.In short it is a Law for such people and its fine if others suffer specially when such a dangerous Pandemic is still going on.Anyone who speaks against firecrackers or supports its Ban is “Anti Hindu”. Wow Amazing thought process. Nothing much to say to those people.
Personally asking to all of you- Are Firecrackers the only way to enjoy Diwali??You can drop your opinions to me on Whatsapp or Facebook after I post this.
I personally say there are so many Sensible ways to celebrate Diwali.
1.Have a Great time with family by wishing them too.
2.Catch up with friends and have good times
3. Charity- It can put up a smile if you donate something to needy people
4.In case you are staying far away or you know who stays far away Ring them and wish them
5.Usual practice of exchanging gifts and sweets.
6.Do laxmi pujan in Office and care to distribute some sweets to your Staff
7.If you want a peaceful Diwali travel to some other place where there is no hustle bustle of city.
These are only few of instances which I have given. There might be many more ways. But the point is that You can enjoy Diwali in peaceful ways also.By  this you can save lives also. otherwise Many of you do not know the danger of bursting crackers and what harm it can do in specially these times.
https://www.deccanchronicle.com/nation/in-other-news/031120/smoky-firecrackers-can-spread-coronavirus-faster-experts.html
In this Link of Deccan Chronicle it is mentioned how much dangerous firecrackers can be and how much fast they can spread COVID-19. Just Imagine for few seconds of loud noise how many lives are being risked. Now if someone asks about other religious practices involving “Sacrifice of Animals” Maybe that is also wrong but that is not in context here. it was also not in context when I had posted a comment on Facebook. i was speaking about Diwali so there was no need that time and still there is no need now to bring in topic of “Sacrificing of Animals” here.
So Finally Have a Great Diwali and Celebrate  “Sensibly’ and also keep in prayers the corona patients and wish for their recovery too. I personally thank Google for all Information needed.
                          HAPPY DIWALI

The “ME” Time
This Blog is truly inspired by a video which had gone viral long back regarding an Employee replying to his colleague back with regards to a Taunt on leaving early. The Video starred Chichhore  co- star Naveen Polishetty.
The working lifestyle at many places has undergone a very big change. With current  competition pressure and many other factors employees in any firm are putting their more than their efforts and time. Now working till late hours has become a sort of a  New Trend. But sad to say this if working till late hours has become a trend then it is not good.
The worse part is many times in companies, there are some employees take undue advantage and in order to create an impression in front of their seniors stay late than longer hours and just use office facilities. Now what happens that these particular employees who show that they work till late spoil image of those employees who have worked  hard in their working hours and managed to finish the day’s work in time.Suddenly the management expects that the employees who leave on time should also needlessly stay in office for more than required times.
Now if a particular employee who is forced to work till late hours, even though he may have completed the work in his given time, it adds to his stress and if that particular person is married its worse for him. They are  unable to give time to their family specially to their life partners. If management says there is a weekend to have time with family, but what the firms do not realize that their Employees are not getting the time to spend either with their people or even for themselves. Basically the employees are not getting the “ME” Time.
“ME” time basically means time for yourself. In this time a particular person can do whatever they like or wish to do like say Playing a Game, upgrading skills of any sort, trekking, camping etc just anything what they wish to do.Other people might think that these all activities are not so important or can be done later on or some think that there is no time to do all this. I would say these are also as important like doing your work.Yes its important to work but after work there is a life one needs to know exists.A life which is totally yours and it belongs to you and you only have total authority over. If someone stops you or considers your Time to be quite inferior maybe that person has no life such like that so they will try to stop you.I personally had such experiences in which I have been taunted over my working hours or doing what I like. But I still did not care because I know I have not done anything wrong.I was tried to be stopped from enjoying my time because those who tried to stop me were losers in life.
Friends, I am not against  anyone or saying that particular person who works till late is wrong but I would say that  in longer time it will affect a person.Once you are married the life does not remain the same and trust me when you are ill or little low in life, none of your colleagues or boss will care. The only person in charge of your family or self is You as a person.Work is a never ending procedure and it will not end. So complete work on time and go out after work and explore other things in life. No company laws say that “You Can enjoy only on weekends”. It is a myth. . If your Team leader or boss or whoever you are reporting to tries to stop you in any ways it means that person does not a have a life and they are inefficient to the extent that they cannot finish their work on time. So all I have to say this Work and balance your personal and professional Life. You have the power and authority on your life and time.

BETTING HINDRANCE
In today’s time Cricket has become very much advanced and has gathered huge amount of fan following and many people have tried to make a career with it. There is something special about the game that draws many people towards it.
I remember as a child when I used to watch matches with my family it was so much fun and specially during India-Pakistan matches it was like a carnival. Now Since it was an Indo-Pak clash one could expect a lot of cheering, whistling and shouting and this was so much that the neighbourhood had the fair Idea that something big has happened in the ongoing match. My family specially the siblings would also watch India’s matches with others with the same enthusiasm and zeal. The Best part was that we enjoyed watching matches as it is and we never lay monetary bets or say Betting.
But a lot of things have changed in the years. The Joy of watching cricket matches have also changed drastically. I do not know exactly in which year Betting on Cricket matches started but what I surely know and believe is that this system of BETTING has become a big Hindrance and stole the joy of watching matches like before.
In present times cricket has become more of a business rather than a sport. Many people are now either making career by playing cricket or gone into Betting. Everyone is more interested that how much a player earns and what sort of lifestyle a player is living.
The Biggest Tournament which has a huge fan following: IPL  which draws a lot of attention and viewership. It is also a highest rated competition in the world of cricket. But IPL has opened the doors to Betting and somehow taken a step ahead to Match Fixing. No doubt IPL is very popular among its fans but by tying up with some companies like DREAM 11 and even PLAYING 11(Sourav Ganguly’s Ad) and many more such tie-ups where they compel fans to create a Team and win prizes only if they win is also a sort of betting. Fans form their own team with both the teams players combined and if their particular player whom they have selected in their team does not perform well leads to a HUGE Disappointment. I know Ithere are bets laid on International Matches also but in domestic tournaments like IPL they are more.
Betting on matches have also taken lives also as people who make bets and put in huge amounts and when they loose they are in big trauma and suffer after their team looses.
https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/city/hyderabad/man-ends-life-after-losing-money-in-cricket-betting/articleshow/59068049.cms
Above is a link from Times Of India which states the story of a 27 year old man who committed suicide due to loosing a huge bet in cricket. He jumped from his building. This happened in Hyderabad. This is just one example of ending life due to loss in cricket. If one Googles the stories there must be plenty of such stories. I do not have statistics of how many suicides or deaths or any losses suffered in this game. Well we have seen one angle that people suicide but never  not talked much about how the name gets spoiled or how many got arrested due to betting or worse also Match Fixing. If suicide is a crime so is Betting and Match fixing equally a crime. it tarnishes the Image of the person and his family.
Finally in the End I would say this to all of you. There is one major solution to enjoy watching  matches. Simple “MANTRA” is when you are watching a match be it India Vs Pakistan or whatever, AVOID BETTING at any cost. This is the best way to enjoy match and it works well. I know many such people who are possibly addicted to this BETTING menace, will not agree. If people are still interested in making bets I suggest make bets free of Monetary or Materialistic gains.Simply saying “No Money/Prize Bets”. So even if you loose it will not affect you much as it would happen in pacing Money bets. Also avoid these apps of Dream11 or Playing 11 in case you wish to enjoy matches. So enjoy IPL watch matches support your favorite team and watch your Matches without BETTING.
                                    The END.

CLEAR THE AIR
I was going to write on another topic but that particular issue can wait.
6th June,2013- I was chosen by AMEX(American Express) through SERCO BPO.
21ST June,2013- I Resigned or if it sounds pleasing I Ran Away. Yes as nobody knows clearly as to under what circumstances I did it.
Let me admit that honestly I was not happy or pleased during my shortest time in the job and anyways I was planning to quit. But during the days I was forced to be in AMEX I went through a lot of Mental trauma and also some physical trauma. All the Credit goes to the person who selected me-MR Nitin Agrawal whom I had to report to.
After I had left the job there were a lot of unwelcomed Criticisms and questions I had to face and maybe that particular question still people have “Why I Left such a well Known Brand or company??” So after a long silence of many years let me “CLEAR THE AIR”..I will explained what atrocities or unfair behavior I had to face.
1.Unfair Selection:
I was not willing to be selected as a Business Development Executive or lets say Salesman but I rather wished for a Desk Job but Mr Nitin Agrawal chose me as a Salesman. Many Will think it is a sign of Goodwill or good gesture but let me reveal a truth here. He(Nitin) did not really want me in his process as a salesman, he wanted me as a punching Bag so that he can ridicule me and insult me. The way he Interviewed me was very threatening and Demoralizing.
2. Challenging My Status(AUKAT):
Just on the first official day of working and I remember that I had come from Thane for company work only. I reached back to the office around 6 PM. The Great Mr Nitin makes me sit near him and questions me “Teri Aukaat kitne clients laane ki hai?”I need not translate this. Yes the word “Aukat” was used on me and that to in a Displeasing manner which set me back. Anyone around the globe knows this fact that a New Employee will take some time to get clients as it is not an easy job but Mr Nitin was in no mood for such practices. Anyways I fumbled and said “8″ to which he arrogantly approved and challenged me. The tone and attitude of his was not at all Motivating.
3.Rocket SIngh Theory:
Ever Since “Rocket Singh: Salesman of the Year” movie starring Ranbir Kapoor, has released it has given rise to much autocratic type of working rather than Motivational system. Ok, coming to what I want to share is that On my orientation day which is when we are made familiar of our work and nature of Job, Mr Nitin secretly threatened me that in this process “Rocket Singh”style works which basically meant that all corrupt work will happen and if you are caught then it is fair for Mr Nitin to hold you up.
4. Sunday Not A FUN DAY :
Now at many places Saturday and Sunday are Off Days where someone can enjoy but in AMEX Process there is no such theory by Mr Nitin. Just because he does not like to sit at home at sundays so Mr Nitin feels none of his workers or employees deserve atleast even a Sunday Break. I was honestly not happy and this is where I decided I cannot continue with such a Boss and would have given my resignation but again time was not right hence I had to wait for a right time to resign. Yes This is something Unfair at any cost.
5. Usual Threats:
Since I made the promise to fulfill the target and I was not being able to even after continuous tries, I had to be Insulted. This was rule of Mr Nitin who was continuously threatening me for not completing my targets on given time. Well this is a threat every employee gets in such a screwed up working environment.
6.Climax and A Strange system:
It was 21st june,2013 and the day I finally made up my Mind to quit this Non Sense Job of a Salesman. I finally got a client whose office was in Masjid Bunder and he applied for AMEX’s New Scheme “Payback” Card and when I reached office, Mr Nitin who usually was threatening me, crossed his limits on that day. He tore my hardworking Application so there is no proof and he caught me by my collar which is physical trauma and it is illegal.
Second Part as mentioned Strange System was that AMEX decided on this way of attendance was that from Delhi a person in charge will call the employee thrice everyday to know the progress of the Deal and if the deal with client is closed fairly then the higher authorities will consider that employee has been present in office and if Employee fails to close a deal or even if he misses the call of person in Charge, he will loose out on the particular day in way of attendance. I feel this system was also thought by Mr Nitin Agrawal and Maybe he made this system to morally degrade me specially.
So these are the unfortunate events that transpired in those many days and these are all the atrocities I was forced to go through. Before someone points out that its common or “Everyone Goes through” it does not make a wrong working system correct. I am not against the process but I am definitely against people like Mr Nitin Agrawal who misuse such procedures and take over undue advantage of an employee’s weakness. Such People like Mr Nitin Agrawal must be Punished for morally degrading his own employees for no reasons. If today or in current times Mr Nitin Agrawal ever happens to meet me, then I shall show my so called Status(Aukat).
Finally whatever happened after that no self respecting person will like to stay in such a complex and unhappy work environment. No Matter how much everyone believes in Money, Power and Authority but none of these can take place of SELF RESPECT.
                                    THE END..

ONLINE HASSLES
Greetings,
My new post or blog is going to be a “Point of View” based blog.Hence it will be divided into two ways or two different viewpoints. This Blog today will deal about the Online classes and its hassles which is being faced by Teachers and Children/Parents.
Covid Pandemic had halted almost everything all over. But slowly few or many things kept opening slowly and steadily. Hence even schools and some educational Institutes made an attempt to start with their classes and teaching. This somehow gave way to “Online Teaching System”. But Online teaching how much ever Comfortable or New Way it may have sounded came with its Own share of Hassles for Teachers and Children/Parents. Let us look below the Viewpoints :
          TEACHERS
As per our Culture “Gurus” are Highly respected so let us see the issues faced by the Teachers.
The biggest hassle of Online Teaching is being faced by the teachers. Not Many teachers or professors are really being able to adjust to the Online System of Teaching. One will say that that is “Teacher’s Problem” or will someone will comment “They Should Learn to Adjust”. I feel instead of this Ranting, We must help the Teaching staff specially who are not much used to this system. They have been Guiding students in all times and now when they need support they should be supported to but unfortunately it is not happening.
Then comes the Hassle of “Being Mocked” by students. Well this is quite shameful that the Teachers who are yet struggling and doing their best and trying to do their best to teach students are being mocked by some students. The Students make fun of teachers during Online Sessions which is very disgusting and not fair to the teachers.
Tumblr media
Here is an example above in the photo about teacher’s ordeal and how he was bullied by few students during an online session. A teacher who acts as a mentor and guides students is being treated in this way.Its not appropriate
Then Comes “Technical Problems”. Nowadays many applications of video conferencing have developed but they are solely dependent on a stable Internet Connection. Now imagine while teaching students online some error happens like Session being timed out,Electricity cut or even Internet disturbances,it impacts the whole system and the teacher trying to teach misses out on some points so it is a big Hassle.Frankly speaking there is no such training given to teachers on how to deal with such situations or crisis when it happens.
There can be many more but these are some major issues Teachers face. There might be many more but these are some big ones and educational institutes instead of Hiking school fees or thinking of any other things should consider Teaching staff’s issues and for students-Basic thing is to first Respect Your Teachers during Online Sessions and rather than expecting them to Adjust, they(Students) must adjust and also help teachers on how to conduct online classes as students are very well versed with Internet and its usage.
                 CHILDREN/PARENTS
I have clubbed or teamed the Children and Parents together as in such times both are also suffering equally. Parents are also facing lot of issues as much as children are. Instead I have had conversations with some parents whom I cannot name as per their requests not to be named. They shared their problems and what they shared is listed below.
1.”One student suffers Physical problems like Eyes Burn,Frequent Headaches and it takes lot more concentration than attending classes physically” Mentioned one Mother of a daughter.
2.”Working Parents can not concentrate on their work and have to sit with children adding to this too much screen time is not good for children” Mentioned one more Parent.
3.One Parent mentioned “I have to sit with my son for 3 hours and make him do all work and then make him complete his assignments and all projects have to be made to do by parents. We also have to make them prepare for tests and the tests or exams are taken quite frequently.Means after one chapter tests are taken” The parent also mentioned about screen timing being too much and also it hampers her work. The Parent also mentioned that the timing of Online Class Sessions is early and her son has to wake up and be prepared which is a task for her.
So Basically whatever conversations I had physical problems of children have surfaced up a lot. Special Mention was being given to screen time.
https://www.scripps.org/news_items/6626-how-much-screen-time-is-too-much#:~:text=On%20average%2C%20adults%20spend%20about,another%20type%20of%20electronic%20devic
Above is a link which suggests how much screen time is advisable for adults and children.
            VIEWPOINTS END
I may have not put it that perfectly or some errors may have been made but I have just tried my best to put up the problems or say HASSLES faced by both the sides that is of Teachers and Children/Parents. Now how this Online Classes system has to be tackled is on Educational Institutes and from children’s side their Parents. The Problems occur from both the sides. Now only time will further tell how this Hassle of Online Class will be solved.
I close with a big THANK YOU to all those who shared their experiences with me and as they requested not to be named, I have not named them. I will personally also thank them.

MNC CREEPS IN
Before I come to my point through this post, this Blog is not against any Doctors irrespective of any medical specialization. In these times doctors from all fields are collectively fighting the pandemic of COVID-19 even risking their own lives and also I got to know some doctors are working without salaries so more respect and power to them.
In current times hospitals have been in lot of demand due to this pandemic. People are very much relying as they were earlier on  hospitals to get treated and get well. For this the people who can afford are spending huge amounts of money also. But as common people when we are or our relative gets admitted, we expect that the Hospital is good or well maintained in terms of Hygiene specially so that no one falls sick.
Long before Hospital’s main Aim used to be “Patient’s well being” and while the Patient was in hospital,His or her comfort no matter what the problem or illness is. But now times have changed and they so have some Hospital’s mindsets also changed. I do not say all but there are some hospitals to count that have made their hospitals more of a MULTI NATIONAL COMPANY.
Just like MNC or MULTI NATIONAL COMPANIES solely aim on profits and target achievements this same attitude has crept in like a poison in Hospitals. Running after targets and Profits can suit these big Multi Nationals but when some Hospitals behave in such a way,it is really a big pain and it is SHAMEFUL. I would not name the hospitals who are following this system. The readers will automatically connect to this and secondly I do not fall into a legal trouble by Naming the hospitals.
As I mentioned about the So Called MNC Culture, the hospital staff of the few hospitals have become ruthless, greedy and just think of their personal targets and all they have eyes on Patient’s money rather than their well beings. To Fulfill their treasures the biggest corrupt practice they have come on to is- Hostaging Patients. This means they keep patients Longer than needed days until their billing does not reach about a huge amount so that Hospitals get their money whether Patient suffers also they do not seem to care. There are many more corrupt practices but this one has crept in like a slow poison in much recent times.
Just like tobacco is cancerous to health and is a slow poison, this MNC Culture is a slow and steady poison that has already crept in. If we are asked who is to be blamed?? It is the Management and founders of the Hospitals who should be held responsible for this.Catching any doctor’s neck would not be right as they too are under management. Yes but if any doctor is also a hand in glove with such a corrupt and greedy management then it should be shameful for that particular Doctor and rest of the doctors who are honestly doing their duties should not suffer. I really have no definite idea whether some doctors are actually involved in such malpractices or no.
Yes any hospital be it a BIG one or an average or small one-needs finance to keep its rest of functioning to go on. It acts like a fuel to a car but as long as it is in limits. But now this MONEY FACTOR is a VICIOUS CIRCLE which has detrimental effects. The need or desperate need for money has resulted in the greed of management running such hospitals following MNC CULTURE. The Management bodies are taking undue advantage of this Money factor and such corrupt practices are happening. With this extra money they are extracting from patients or their near and dear ones, and also converting Hospitals in to hotels also-One more Crisis in Hands. A hospital should look presentable and hygienic but it does not mean convert your Hospital into a luxury hotel and nobody probably ever asked for it. All that a job of hospital is-Basically cure patients and take care of their well being. That should be the main aim.We really do not need your big rooms-single or double, AC,TV and all facilities for which patients are looted.
Now what to do or what not to do is all up to the people. If you all feel that hospitals are looting you or unnecessarily charging you more. You can simply do the best thing-Avoid that particular hospital and find some hospital which is keen to serve patients. But one thing is all what you all can do is collectively-If you people feel this blog has some validity, please share it.I have never asked before as I leave it to people and still leave it to people but since it is essential to open eyes of the management of the hospitals hence I requested to share. I am not a big writer or some famous personality. I am just like you all readers.
                                THE END...
