"Show me your true face or you will die without honor." - Alien Bounty Hunter
"This is my true face." - Josh Exley
👆 I cry every single time while watching that scene. Then again when Ex realises (in his heart) that he has become human as Arthur holds him in his arms, comforting him as he dies. That scene is just beautiful in its sincerity, and in delivering the message of the story ❤ Love can change your very nature. Not romantic love, but the love and passion you have for unnecessary things that bring you joy.

"When I write, I reach forward to a time when I won’t exist and backwards to a time before I existed. It’s a magical, light-year state to inhabit, and though the act of writing is brutal on the head, the soul, the confidence, the back, the shoulders, and the ass, the act of having written carries with it a blissful timelessness and quiet pride."

Ben Stiller Calls 'Zoolander 2' Failure 'Blindsiding' (Exclusive)
Duchovny and Stiller's friendship began when Duchovny appeared in Zoolander. Duchovny invited Stiller to be the first guest on his podcast Fail Better, which premieres May 7.
"We have had such a great and at times life-changing experience making this podcast with David — his openness to learning and the quest to understand human nature is something he brings to each conversation. We are so excited to bring this show into the world,” Lemonada CEO Jessica Cordova Kramer shared. Duchovny will also share his own personal anecdotes throughout the series."
Why am I making a podcast? The best answer I can come up with is that I feel like I’ve been failing my entire life, so I can speak from plenty of experience. Sure, I was on The X Files and Californication, I wrote some books and made some music. But I also got a literal F in The New York Times. I had a high-profile divorce and a magical mystery tour through rehab. So now I want to get into the way that failure looms over all of us and really shapes who we are. What’s good about that, what’s bad about that, what’s holding us back in shame? Lots to unpack here. So join me and some cool guests from sports, tv, politics, business and beyond starting May 7, wherever you get your podcasts – and we’ll get into it.
To be human is to fail. And not just to fail once, but to fail a lot. But if it's something we all do so often, why are we so afraid of it? As the author Samuel Beckett once said: “Fail again. Fail better.” This saying means a lot to me and my family – so much so that my daughter even got a tattoo of it. I want to fail better, dammit. So, I’m sitting down with thoughtful people every week to talk about it. Because maybe if we fail better, we’ll feel better. Fail Better - coming May 7, from Lemonada Media.
