do we ever think about the first time we meet lola and norman in 2x08 and how lola pulls a gun on buck? do y'all ever think about how eddie is close enough to take the gun from buck's hand at the end of that scene but not close enough to pull buck away in case of an emergency, i.e. lola deciding to shoot?

eddie can see the gun being trained on buck, he cannot physically react to it in any way, yet buck isn't shot. it's an interesting parallel to the way eddie is shot. in broad daylight, buck not able to see the gun, but being able to react, pull eddie to safety, apply first aid.

what i'm trying to say is: buck's feelings are always visible, but don't hit him as hard. eddie doesn't want his feelings to be visible, but he will let himself fall and trust buck to have his back.
