In questa puntata gli esperti, attraverso le loro spiegazioni, vi accompagneranno in un viaggio che analizzerà dapprima le origini storiche della danza, successivamente il tema della sana e corretta alimentazione ed infine l’importanza della postura e delle posizioni. Vi è, inoltre, una sezione dedicata ai prossimi concorsi e agli eventi futuri nel mondo della danza che potrà essere d’aiuto a tutti i ragazzi (professionisti e non) che hanno intenzione di accrescere il proprio percorso artistico. Ed eccoci a fare il punto della situazione; ci accingiamo a salutare il vecchio anno per dare spazio a quello che sta per arrivare. Questo, é stato l’ anno dell’ attesa, della disperazione, preoccupazione , rabbia, del dolore, della tristezza, della rassegnazione, dei tanti punti di domanda ecc... Un anno che mi ha seriamente messo a dura prova, ritrovarmi senza un lavoro, tutti gli spettacoli, gli stage, gli impegni annullati, privato dei miei sogni, dei tanti progetti che stavo realizzando e di quelli ancora da realizzare e di tutti quei sacrifici di una vita che è bastato poco per vederli vanificare 🥺 Ad aprile, a causa dello stress e del forte impatto emotivo che il virus ha rappresentato per me, ho anche avuto problemi di salute, perdendo in men che non si dica parecchi kg e quasi tutti i miei capelli, ho dovuto sottopormi a diverse cure farmacologiche e dopo ben 9 mesi, oggi, sto vedendo nuovamente i miei capelli crescere forti. Volevo però ringraziare tutti voi che mi seguite su Instagram, che apprezzate i miei contenuti, che mi siete stati vicini anche durante i miei periodi di silenzio, così come, ringrazio tutte quelle persone che nel mio ambito ci sono sempre state e hanno sempre creduto in me: i miei fotografi ufficiali @diegodattiliophotography e @i.r.m.a19 I brand che sono ormai la mia famiglia @nonpossohodanza @irenecorrentidanza @_codicedelladanza_ @blackroll4dance @freddywear @somsana_france @hypervibeglobal @bosaddo ecc...
