1 month and 10-15lbs difference. I can't see anything different, BUT I can FEEL it with my clothes. Overall 30lbs down in 2 months. I never took a picture at my highest cause OMG gross 😝

Only eating once a week has been extremely beneficial...

Man 5 days! AND 11 lbs downs! I just couldn't make it 2 more days. Woke up feeling like poo so I had to break the fast, still feeling bad so its a meta day then back to fasting if I feel up to it.
