Y'ALL I JUST HAD THE STUPIDEST SHIFT 😭😭😭😭

I was running around, listening to music when all of a sudden I had a really really strong mental shift. For a split second I was absolutely convinced that I could fly???? I was aware that I don't have wings, but I thought if I just tried hard enough it would work????

And I just fucking LEAPED into the air and tried to buzz with my phantom wings which OBVIOUSLY didn't work, and apperantly the jump was so high that both my knees got hurt once I hit the ground again wtf???? 😭😭😭

Then the shift was over immediately and I had to grab a chair for support just so I could comprehend wtf just happened huh??? 😭

People who hate on quadrobics wouldn’t dare to fight one irl because those fuckers are BUFF. Like, until a couple months ago I didn’t know just how much arm strength it takes to hold up your whole upper body, to be able to control yourself while jumping on all fours so you don’t fall and die or something. I started doing quads recently and omg I was so tired after and I was only doing it for like 20 seconds 😭 like just walking across my room and it’s not even that big lmao. Any quadrobic people out there, ignore the haters because you could probably beat their asses ✨
