i’m watching an art theft documentary and they’re interviewing this art history professor from new york who was asked to go with the fbi to authenticate a rubens that had been stolen but it was a sting operation so they had to pretend like they weren’t the fbi, that they were some private buyer about to pay $3.5 million for it, and the fbi was like “this is a VERY delicate operation because you never know how they will react to what you have to say so let the agent do all of the talking, don’t say a word to anyone just nod if it’s the rubens, the last operation we did the guy in your position got shot because things went wrong in a second” and then it cuts to the professor’s interview and he says “i wasn’t going to fly down to miami to be a part of an undercover fbi sting operation to handle what could be rubens’s aurora and just NOT say anything. i was gonna have to ad lib a little” and then he tells the interviewer that when he & the fbi agent got to the hotel while he was examining the painting he started lecturing the other people, first on how badly they had wrapped it, and then about like how it had been painted, the history of it, what the subject was and what she was doing, etc etc, and he was like “i hadn’t taught a class on rubens in 15 years, so for me it was like being back in the classroom except my students couldn’t leave”

Just watched alway be my maybe and I loved it but the one thing that I wished they would’ve addressed is that Judy Kim was basically Sasha’s mother. She taught her how to cook, did nails together, talked about girly stuff. When she died, it hits her just as hard as it hit Marcus, then Marcus yelled at her at Burger King, saying that it wasn’t her mother that died. But it was. She was the main woman role model in her life and was always there for her.

Just wished Marcus could’ve apologized for what he said, or Sasha could’ve brought that up to him.

I broke Amazon Prime

OMG guys. I must have been going back and forth on the Good Omens episodes too much (a shock, I know) that Amazon Prime couldn’t take it anymore and had a glitch. Basically, the subtitles of episode 1 were slapped onto the visuals of episode 6. I was about to refresh until I realized that watching the episode this way brought some absolute gems:

I honestly don’t know if I’ve ever seen this before in my life, but recently I was searching for Martha finding her helpful doctor again once everything rebooted and beginning a relationship with him, starting with a phone call to his office I think, and I couldn’t find the scene anyway and began wondering whether or not I dreamt it all / made a false memory of it. These seconds make me sure it did happen, so do you know, can you find it and make a clip of it??? 

So to fit the rerun times, the episode needs to be around 42-44 minutes in total. The Last of the Time Lords was originally 54 minutes long, so they had to cut some things out, this being one of them.

Also, this makes the scene in The Sontaran Stratagem (which I also included in this video) make sooooo much more sense! When Martha said that she was engaged to Tom I was like who tf is that
