I have no idea which theory or idea this is referencing, so I'll just dump them all out-

Regarding the leaked episode

Episode 02- The Disappearance of [Blank] Wheeler my money's on Mike or Holly, moreso Mike just because of how young Holly would be without a timeskip. The younger Wheelers have a nine-year age gap. Even with a timeskip, an eight-year old surviving the horrors of the upside-down is still a lot to me.

A timeskip following episode one doesn't seem like a big possibility to me, so if it's Holly, we might be looking at a 6-year-old in the Upside-down. It would make for an interesting parallel to what happened to Will, though as others have said.

As for Mike, however, there have been so many hints of something going down with him. It might be the case that Vecna does go after Holly, and that leads to Mike making a deal with him. He goes, she stays. Also, Karen's first response to seeing Mike is telling him he's "not going anywhere" and holy foreshadowing is that not something.

I also noted that I suspect Mike's heart will stop in episode 1 of s5. Also, all that talk of "without heart, we'd fall apart" and then not having the heart disappear is crazy. Also, it'll be a good chance for a time jump.
