everybody acts like dazai joining the ada with no resume or recorded history is the outlier among ada employees but their main hiring requirement is basically a glorified vibe check. the founding detective was kicked out of the police academy. their second employee was a war criminal. they hire orphanage rejects with bounties who have no formal education. a random farm kid became a detective. a child assassin. whatever the hell tanizaki has going on. honestly i'm pretty sure kunikida is the only ada employee who knows what a resume even is.

#reblogs ˚ ༘♡ ⋆｡˚ #ngl i think it depends on upbringing #like cuz i live in an asian country it's practically illegal amongst students to play truancy #especially if ur attending like a good school of some sort #kind of unspoken rule #i think the only time skipping out would be a good idea is for extracurriculars #but even then u need to come up with a good enough reason to skip and hv to inform the teachers several days in advance #like for squash it's a 3 day notice for mc for some very strange reason #it's like they expect you to predict ur illnesses or injuries
