I'M BACK, BABY! (jumpscare)

Sorry for the long hiatus, I was suffering from art/writer's block and wanted to take a break for a while to relax my mind, lol. So here's this rare post from me.

This AU has been stuck in my head and I finally wanna share it with y'all. Basically a zombie apocalypse but with StoryBots and instead of zombies it's a computer virus infecting everyone. (I do plan on making art of what our main Answer Team would look like in this AU so keep your eyes peeled for that. 👀 And maybe a description of the world-building of it if too if anyone is interested :p)

I am making a lil story based on this AU and I already have the first chapter of it done. If this AU does well and more people want to see it then I'll make the second chapter and see how far it'll go. Don't get too hyped as I can't promise I'll be finishing it since coming up with plots is hard ;-;

(Tho if you give me ideas then I'll credit you and make a chapter with your idea sprinkled in, wink wink ;])

Okay, so lore/headcanon drop:

Widget and Bang first met at Storybot University and quickly became college buddies, connecting by their similar views of life and even personal struggles of feeling misunderstood and out of place. Some stuff here and there, and after a lot of bonding, the two soon became sort of a thing; Like best buds but a little something more.

Near the end of their college experience (Either they graduated or dropped out), they moved in together in an apartment as roomies. After some time, both got into the workforce in order to make money and get by. This is when Widget meets Penny while working as a intern, and when Bang joins Answer Team 341B.

Thus that leads to the present day where Widget has their girlfriend Penny, and Bang and Boop are a thing too (I love/ship those two), all while Widget and Bang still being their own thing and best friends ofc. It's like an N or Z polycule.

Wanna make a drawing one day of Penny introducing them like: "This is my partner Widget, and this is their partner Bang, and this is his partner Boop." I think that would be really fun and silly c:

Did I ever mention that I ship these three as a polycule? No? Well, now you know.

Also, tis the grand return to my Western AU! It has gotten a ton of traction recently and when it was initially posted, so I might as well give the people what they want.

Ok so here's the picture. When Bang first came into town, the first face he meets is Beep. Of course, being dehydrated, hungry, and in a giant mental fog, he thinks he's dead and assumes that Beep is some beautiful angel from Hevan. Beep is taken aback at first, but just decides to help him anyway.

Bang ends up staying with Beep and Bing when recovering, becoming insta-besties with Bing while slightly rizzing up Beep (for a lack of a better explanation), to which she reciprocates slightly. After he's well enough, Beep takes him into town to introduce him to her and Bing's other friends. There he meets Bo, Beep's best friend, and Boop, the bartender.

When Bang first meets Boop, he does some slight friendly flirting to him, to which Boop is incredibly flattered by. He won't admit to it tho, very much giving "it's not like I like you" energy. They often spend time together when Bang gets off sheriff duty, sharing drinks and having a gay ol' time.

Despite this, Bang does not neglect time to hang out with Beep either. He often helps out on the ranch when she's working and he's off duty. Beep actually teaches him a ton of things, such as cattle herding and maintaining farmland. Romantically working together if you will.

What Bang doesn't know is that Beep and Boop have been unofficially seeing each other for a while before this. They never really made their relationship status known, but everyone sorta knew they were a couple. However, both of them have been rizzed up by Bang, so when the two of them have an open discussion about it, they just stare at each other in disbelief, then decide to tell him together one night.

That is the night in the picture. After the confessions of course, but still that night. Bang was surprised to hear that Beep and Boop were together, but he was even more surprised that they both liked him too. They end the night admitting their crushes, and stuff and they all form a circle of love yippee the end.

I don't like picking sides for shipping lol. If I see it both ways, I'm making them poly, idc. Making peace with both sides as my sibling would say.
