i think marinette's neurodivergency is the kind of neurodivergency where everyone's like 'no, yeah, she totally has adhd.' but adrien has spent so much of his life masking that even he doesn't even realise that maybe there's something goin on in his noggin.

but YEARS after they start dating, when theyre like 18/19 and have first moved in together, marinette notices that adrien has a tendency to just... sporadically info dump. just very random chunks of information on things with absolutely no preamble nor explanation of context afterwards.

one night at like, 2am, marinette's just about to drift off to sleep when adrien's like, "are you awake?" thinking he had a nightmare she's like yes of course chaton what's on your mind? he's quiet for a moment before, in a single stream of speech, says "did you know in england they found this man called the cheddar man in cheddar cave? they made this 3d bust of him and it showed that he had dark skin and blue eyes. and apparently this was actually a super common thing because as a species we started off as dark skinned and white skin was actually a genetic mutation that just persisted in the north because we didn't need the UV protection from melanin. and since there were literally thousands of years before we actually got distinct ethnic phenotypes, does that mean in a thousand years the phenotypes will be even more different? what if people develop purple eyes? or blue skin, like avatars? like how do we know that won't happen? and if it did happen how would makeup brands know when to start introducing new foundation shades? at what point will the population have to grow for mac to release, like, a purple concealer line?"

Honestly I never thought I'd ever draw this, and if I did ever make something that looked like this not with so much effort, but here we are. story wise for this I honestly believe that Blaineley would have one of the pairs swap their roles as be a ratings booster and it ended up being revealed as Lindsay and Tyler who got the treatment shortly after being chosen to be together. Lindsay was most disappointed about the sudden change though since she had started preparing her look to be the bride already, and the fact she has to carry a guy now said guy being her EX now. while Tyler was EXTREMELY embarrassed about wearing a wedding dress now, but still wanted to win so he went with it.

Courtney swap au— Swapped with Tyler. Wowzers, I didn’t expect to be gone for so long again, I’ve been working on personal projects while having a lot to do lately. But now hopefully, I’ll be back to posting more regularly again. Now that aside, to explain this swap: I know it’s a stretch to swap Courtney with Tyler, especially since usually the go to swap is Courtney and Duncan but I kinda thought it’d be funny. Now, Courtney isn’t as dumb as Tyler being swapped with him. She’s more so like island Courtney but also with Tyler’s clumsiness, and not nearly as strategic as og Courtney. Courtney is very excited to be apart of Total Drama Island, she thinks it’s the perfect thing to show what she’s made of. Courtney also well respects all authority figures; parents, gym teacher, The local crossing guard. In return, they all think she’s a really sweet girl. She puts on a good face after all. Though with that, in true competition, she can be too cocky, and she also often struggles due to her clumsiness and sometimes slow processing skills; suffering loss plenty due to it. But in result of her effort she has a few 3rd and 2nd place ribbons and trophies in her room from some out of all the competitions she’s done. It does annoy her, but she doesn’t let it affect her too much; And She’s determined to make it all the way in Total drama Island. Though for all her failures to win win, she does know what it takes at least. Resulting in her becoming a published author, writing an award winning book: The Track to Success: Never giving up. And her upmost confidence is why she has decided to join. she feels it's a smaller version of the world. If she can win there than it proves she can win in life, which Courtney believes she practically has, so she’s sure she’ll win there - but still she'd like the $100,000 to prove it. When asked if she looks forward to meeting new friends as part of the experience, Courtney said she already has enough friends.

Gothic Geoff was so hilarious to make so, turns out I got into making a full blown swap au. I’ve been making a lot of drafts the last few days a Geoff Gwen swap came to mind, and just went with it. These swaps feel genuinely so cracked at this point. Oh, and random fact: this is gonna take place in about 2022. In this universe the reboot happened first back in 2007 Total drama was cancelled after its flop then rebooted later on. With the one and only Blaineley! Anyways though, going a bittt too into detail now so I’ll end it here for now.
