Sonic FC: Elaine Starlight

Wanted to draw Elaine in her Pokemon Verse design and really liked it so now its her current look! She's also now former G.U.N after a very difficult personal decision and now works as a school P.E/Health teacher. Although there are some rumors that organizational ties aren't exactly done with her yet.

Despite having a relatively normal front, Elaine's previous occupation has allowed her to develop strong combat skills. Her style is based on Muay Thai kickboxing, with a heavy emphasis on legwork. She meshes it well with her natural electrickinetic abilities.

“Elaine was considered a prodigy when she entered the Galar Championship, and was assumed to be one of the hopefuls to succeed the previous Champion. Unfortunately, Elaine went as far as Best of 4 before losing to Raihan in the quarter finals. Chairman Rose, being a man who wouldn’t squander talent, proposed Elaine train and study to become the next Electric gym leader of Galar. Once she became of age to hold the title, she fulfilled her position to the best of her ability, but quickly grew resentful of the restrictions placed on her as a result. Rose was too controlling, too stifling as chairman, and Elaine started to feel suffocated by the pressure he would press onto her as a gym leader. She felt more like another puppet in Rose’s superficial vision of the Galar League he needlessly publicized to the rest of the world. Ultimately, things came to a head and Elaine suddenly ‘retired’ her position. Citing that Rose and her had 'creative differences’ over how she should conduct herself as a Gym Leader. Immediately after, she would announce that she would be traveling to other regions for a time and departed on her self-assigned journey not long after. Elaine does come back to Galar to see family and friends once in a while, but doesn’t seem to stay long before leaving again.“ _______ Hello friends!
