Tumblr is selling our data to train ai and I'll be honest, I'm not going to put up with it for my designs. I know I can opt out but I don't trust that there's not a loop hole.

Glazing and nightshading art impacts its appearance and for designs that's really not ideal. I'm not even sure I should keep this blog up except to link to another place I'll host them. Currently all my designs are on my Ko-fi and you can download them, except Turtle (I currently can not offer more hi-rez downloads there). I'm hesitant over going to ToyHouse or another site bc it'd only a manner of time before AI companies try to buy their data so I'm leaning towards moving them to their own site I make.

Sucks, but fuck generative ai. I'm so tired of watching to destroy and ransacked art communities while knowing it will crash and burn while no one who can stop or regulate it, will.

Stop tagging my Starflight design as a spoilers. It's been almost 11 years since that book came out, the series is basically done, everyone in the WoF community already knows he got burned. And if people are new the series and active in the fandom they're bound to get spoiled by something like a protagonist getting permanently injured, epecially since it happened 11 YEARS AGO.

It's also weird that you all only spoil tag Starflight and not my Clay and Kinkajou designs despite all having scars from major events. Clay nearly died and has a permant injury (and in my deisgn a scar) and Kinkajou got scared from Grandeurs venom. Like I dunno the only design that gets the "spoilers" tag is the more severely scared character design, pretty weird.

Anyway personal pet peeve, STOP IT.

1k follower celebration! Choose the next design!

Thank you all for 1k followers here! To celebrate I decided to have the next character I design be decided by YOU!

This will have 2 stages: Suggestions and the Community Poll. I'll first take in suggestions from all of you and then I'll make a public poll featuring the the 5 most requested characters

STAGE 1

Send an ask to suggest 1-3 characters

I will only consider those suggested in through askes provided. Any comments, tags, messages, etc will NOT be counted.

If more then 3 suggestions are given I will only count the first 3 given

only 3 characters per person

NOTE: I will eventually design all the dragon PoVs and Sky. I would not reccomend asking for those 10 (Winter, Arc 3, L: Darkstalker and Sky)

Explanation and update for where all my designs have been: I'm adulting. I'm in college and have a part time plus general life things limit and divide my free time. I've also been wanting to step away from WoF for various reasons so my motivation to work on this is low. HOWEVER I am determine to at least design all the PoV characters before putting this blog in hibernation so please don't worry about that.

The biggest thing slowing me down with the designs, beside lack of time, is mostly not knowing what to do for Turtle and especially Winter and refusing to move onto Darkstalker or Arc three. I have finally cracked Turtle and to make for the lack of art am sharing a doodle of him while I work on his design! Please enjoy our fat fish boy.

My idea is to take in requests and then host a poll for the most requested to decide which character to design!
