So what if Mojo made robotic version of the girls something like metal sonic, where the robotics would believe they’re the REAL and ONLY PPG and the others (real PPG) are fakes and must be destroyed.
And unlike the Ruffs and Punks they’re robots and won’t be needing any resting time proving a problem for the real PPG because we know they can get tired and exhausted and who maybe dynamo can be their last resort if the combination attacks don’t work
Also Blossom would really to be in overdrive to think a solution to defeat these robotic counterparts of them
Knowing how dumb Mojo can be in his hubris sometimes, he’d probably just forget to give the robots rechargeable batteries or something.
someone had sent me these pictures (or i might have had them already i don’t remember) of a baby craig mccracken and like the silly person i am i thought it would be funny to put them into this wacky alignment chart
it’s been in my drafts since like 2017 so i figure now is as good a time as any to post it because it made me chuckle when i found it again
One of these days I would love to do like a weird contest or poll or something, but just have it be like… either a contest to see who could create the best original Powerpuff Girls bootleg design, or which existing Powerpuff Girls bootleg design is the queen of queens.
…now that I’m actually writing about it, I think the “Bad Girls Go To Cancun” girls would win, but I don’t know. Man. If any of you ever find any weird bootleg girls or if you draw any bootlegs, please… PLEASE… send them to me. Or tag me on your creations.
That post about Snake as an adult (and a dad!) made me think about how I think each Gangreen Gang member would do as a dad.
So just for fun, here are my headcanons before I go to sleep:
Ace: 4/10, definitely not the best. Would go back and forth between acting like an irresponsible friend who'd teach them how to break the law, and lashing out whenever they did something to piss him off.
Snake: 6.5/10, he's... okay. I think he'd genuinely try his best to provide both the physical and emotional stability he didn't have as a kid, but his need for love and approval would make him behave a bit childish at times. He wouldn't be as volatile or unpredictable as Ace, but more passive aggressive and with a tendency to sulk and give the silent treatment when his feelings get hurt.
Lil Arturo: 8/10. A pretty good dad all things considered. He'd be very loving and attentive, but also know how to set boundaries and let them be independent. He also might encourage them to threaten their bullies with a switchblade, but only threaten, not actually use. Cross his heart.
Big Billy: 6/10. He'd love being a dad, and love his kids so, so much. But he'd let them get away with murder and be super overbearing to the point he'd probably have an emotional breakdown if they told him they wanted to hang out with their friends instead of him. Despite having the best of intentions, his kids would probably end up having to raise themselves more than anything.
Grubber: Not only would he be able to teach them the violin and how to speak in ancient tongues no mortal has known for millennia, but he'd also hold them when they cry and kill their enemies for them. 10/10 best dad in existence.
Speaking of the IDW how did you like mojo character in that story? The new one is just episodic instead of the 2013 story arc
You’re talking about the Second Chances story, right? I really, really liked it up until the last part. 🤣 I’ll cut for a little bit more of an explanation (since I don’t wanna entirely spoil it if people plan on reading it… even though it’s basically been out forever at this point), but it was honestly the closest to being faithful to the show’s Mojo not written by anyone who’d worked on the show that I had been craving since The PPG Rule!!!, so… yeah, for the most part I really loved it.
…but I did NOT like that one absolutely stupid joke about him smearing shit on the wall of the Professor’s lab, oh my god. 🤣
I know that it’s par for the course to make monkeys throwing poop jokes in media that includes monkeys (I do enjoy that level of dumb joke now and then), but they did a similar gag like that in the movie, where one of the baboons Mojo had given intelligence to created a robot that basically threw bombs it pooped out... and Mojo’s response to it was to roll his eyes and sarcastically quip, “Oh, that’s classy.” 🙄 Being the refined intellectual that he is, I just could not see Mojo stooping to that same level! He thought it was gross! Like, ew! It’s unhygienic, too! My boy isn’t like that! He would never! It was the first moment of that whole last issue of the story that was very OOC to me, and it kind of kept being OOC in certain sections with the other characters after that… which I was really disappointed about, because up until that point, I was so hooked on the whole story and thought it was so true to the show.
Other than that… I liked how needlessly convoluted and diabolical his plan turned out to be (how he had hypnotized himself to eventually revive his powers and steal the Professor’s Chemical X, because that’s such a thing he would do)… and, unfortunately, because I only own the Second Chances comic of the IDW run, I can’t remember if there was a part in one of the later stories that showed him re-entering Earth’s atmosphere, but for the most part, I did enjoy most of how they wrote him. I had super small nitpicks (in the grand scheme of things) but it wasn’t too bad!
