Saw that update about MJF and feel so bad for him. If anyone didn't see there finally was confirmation about why he's been gone so long, and his shoulder injury rehab didn't work, and he had to have surgery. They have no timetable now for when he can return to wrestling. Also, he was supposed to come back in March at AEW's "Revolution" but that was cancelled. The good news is that he is expected to come back soon, and he is meeting fans at C2E2 today. Plus, we know that "Forbidden Door" is in Long Island, so he'll likely be there. My guess is like Adam Cole and Kenny Omega now I think he'll be on-screen but can't wrestle. There are so many other great wrestlers that have helped fill the void of MJF's absence but it's still there. So hopefully we do see him soon and they can include this as part of his storyline now that we know he re-signed till 2027 too.

there’s so much pathologizing over why enemies to lovers is a popular trope (something something the normalization of abuse something something) when the simplest and less moronic answer is that narratives thrive on irony and reversals, and there’s no greater irony than characters going from hating each other’s guts to loving each other unconditionally. raw thesis-antithesis-synthesis.

Sony just announced they're pushing back the new "Karate Kid" movie from December 2024 to May 20th, 2025. The delay was expected due to the strikes last year but also they confirmed they want the final season of "Cobra Kai" to air on Netflix before the movie comes out. We know "Cobra Kai" will be released fall of 2024, and will get the exact date at their May Upfront presentation. Personally, I think this is the best option especially since it gives us fans time to watch the final season of "Cobra Kai", as this new movie was going to come out around the same time season six does.

Just saw Joe Mazzello post about this too on Instagram and that he's ready if they want them back too. Very curious what exactly this will be about besides Sorkin saying it's about everything bad that's happened since the last movie ended and that it's likely not just about FB either but all social media. And of course who from the first movie comes back.
genuinely on the verge of a panic attack, like my face is tingling, adrenaline is surging, he CANNOT do this to me
