Fair point. I'd also argue that, on top of expanded mail-in and absentee voting, that there needs to be more polling places, especially in majority-minority communities to cut down on absurd wait times to cast their ballot.

Should Election Day be a federal holiday in your opinion?

No. Actually making Election Day a holiday is a very inefficient way to go about accomplishing the goals that the "Election Day as a holiday" folks actually want to get accomplished.
