I haven't had very much time for my jewelry since ether holidays but had a wonderful excuse to get back into it to complete an order for a podcast friend! It's so interesting to me to make a bracelet months or even years after I did the original design. I have new bead colours I didn't before, new clasp styles, have gotten better at it...so it's fun when I do something for a friend and get to update things a bit! Here I've got my original pieces on the left and the new pieces I did this week on the right!

The Far Meridian

The biggest change was with the Far Meridian bracelet - had some new colours that felt closer to their cover art's palette! I actually made two new versions and this is the one my friend picked out of the three.

Another show that is currently crowdfunding that I love is @starfallpod! I've previously made a bracelet inspired by their cover art, trying to match as many colours as I could. This time, I went with a simpler approach, using the colours highlighted in one of their mood boards. I did do two versions though, one with just one variation of each colour, and one with two. Do you have a favourite?

I haven't had time or brain space to listen to any new podcasts recently, so instead I'm taking inspiration from some wonderful shows that I love that are crowdfunding for their next season!

First off is @seenandnotheardpod! It's an audio drama created by a deaf podcaster that tells a story of a young woman who suddenly experiences hearing loss. The sound design is phenomenal and the story is so well told. I can't wait to hear where season 2 brings us.
