I wrote this back in 2021 to experiment with panning drum sounds and percussion in my mix. That's why the drum pars are on five different drumsets, so I can mimic the way recording engineers mic the individual parts of the kit and pan them in the mix.
An original song (instrumental) - fretless bass guitar, bass guitar, electric guitar, and drums. It started out as a bluesy, mean sounding piece, but then I found myself resolving it in an upbeat chorus.
A rhythm-section instrumental with two kinds of pianos and two kinds of bass guitars. I love the sound of the fretless bass and wanted to use it as a lead instrument.
