How to be Happy
The first step in being happy is having gratitude. Everyday, write down something you are thankful for.
The second step is giving. Everyday, give something to someone no matter how big or how small. It does not matter if you simply give them a compliment or if you treat them to lunch, it will make you feel good.
The third step is your choice. It must be a POSITIVE choice. Do what you do that makes you happy. Find joy in the small things in life. Take a walk. Listen to music. Enjoy the life that you have been blessed with.
