(the first idv blog that i followed, mainly for her stupidly hilarious eli and her soft, washed down style. the mun is as chaotic as the muse, and its something that you can appreciate. the whole blog has a cozy home-y feel to it, and i sometimes scroll through the whole blog on sad days to make me smile a little. ive come to follow the other blogs that the mun has created //namely the golden tentacle one//, and its where her true artistic talents shine through, when she’s drawing something slightly more serious. good blog, 10/10, would kiss jaff but no homo.)

"Hey, hey, doc!..."

"I know you're...re...real busy on that- that cipher, but..."

Bloodied fingers shakily reach up to wipe at the crimson stream dripping from his forehead, but only succeed to smear it more. He grips his hood, slipping it off to reveal the coagulating blood on his head. The wound is so big that it trails into his hair, dissapearing from sight in the strands, wet from the mixture of blood and sweat.

His body is so beaten, so defeated and so weak. He's barely standing on his feet, heavily leaning on the nearby spool of iron cables as to not let his knees buckle beneath him. He tries to let out a chuckle, but it comes out dry and raspy before Naib breaks into a coughing fit, bandaged fingers curling and shooting up for him to cough into them.

"You... You might wanna...take a minute off to help me...with somethin...you know- like friend to friend.."

His accent is getting thicker, and it's getting hard to speak English. The world around him sways, the colours are too bright. He can feel the adrenaline wearing off, the numb feeling transforming into electric jolts of pain running through his veins and burning through his flesh. His left eye is steadily closing, he can feel himself losing sensation in it. More blood drips from his nose, sinking into the soil below.

"Just this once. I promise- it won't happen 'gain...I swear."

Naib opens his mouth to say another world, that dizzy smile still on his scarred lip, stretching into a macabre glasglow smile before he loses consciousness entirely and collapses on the ground.

The mercenary has been incapacitated!

I AM SHAKEN. THIS IS SO GOOD. I AM ON MY KNEES

The Gardener entered the manor’s kitchen with her hand busy with a basket full of vegetables. She sets them down on a nearby counter as she took off her dusty gloves.

Greeting some survivors on the way, she finally reached the main lobby as she noticed four survivors preparing themselves for an upcoming match. Quickly, as to not miss them, she called out, “Charles!! Wait!!”.

“Huh? Emma?”, Charles turned his attention to the Gardener, his smile gentle as always. “Do you need something?”, he asked. She just shook her head, “No, but Miss Nightingale would like to meet you!”.

“Miss.. Nightingale..?”, the Conartist let out a confused expression. Noticing the confused state, she quickly answered, “Yeah! Miss Nightingale are the one who keep things around here in order”, she pauses, “She’s the Owner’s right hand woman!”.

The Conartist’s eyes widened for a split second before his small grin returned to his face, “Oh? Well, I would like to meet her, but I have a match—"

“She insisted on meeting you right now!”, Emma stated as she pout a little, but then her smile once again plastered on her face, “I’ll be your substitute! Don’t worry!”.

“A-ah.. are you sure Emma..?”, he hesitates.

“Alright then.. thank you Emma. And sorry for troubling you!”, as he give her a grateful smile, he start to make his way towards the manor’s garden.

“Yep! Just go and meet her at the garden!”, she give him a big smile that he replied with a small gentle one.

“Excuse me..”, Charles muttered as he slowly opened the door. He was startled by the tall, feathery figure that have been waiting for him there.

“Ah Mr. Wayward. It’s a pleasure to finally meet you”, she extended a hand, he hesitates, but he took it anyway, “Pleasure’s all mine Miss.. Nightingale?”, she smiled.

“So, what is it that bought me here?”, he immediately ask, she let out a low chuckle that sends shiver down his spine, “Eager are we Mr. Wayward?”.

“Well I heard from Emma that you’re the owner’s right hand woman.. So I believe that this must have something to do with them”, he averted his gaze away as she nodded, pulling a letter out of thin air from her slender hand.

“The owner have heard your.. request, as they mentioned it to me”, she look at the letter on her hand.

“They told me to relay a message to you that they might consider helping you”, she look down at him, only to notice the change of expression on his face.

“There must be a catch..”, he muttered. She raised an eyebrow as she pull a smirk on her face, “And what makes you assume such thing Mr. Wayward?”, he sneered.

“The only thing I learned is that if you want something, you must pay the price”, his face turned grim as his eyebrow furrowed,

“So what is it?”, she let out a satisfied smile. She twirl the letter on her hand as it turned into a glowing blue envelope in mere seconds, she handed hit over to him.

“The Owner would like for you to manage an ‘Ask Blog’”

“An.. ask blog?”, he looked from the envelope, and to her, and back to the envelope.

“Basically, this letter will ask you questions that you must answer, genuinely”, she pressed on the last word.

“Being genuine is the last thing I can do..”, he muttered his word as he look up at Miss Nightingale, “Whose asking these questions anyway?”.

“You don’t need to know who ask them and who will know the answer, you just need to answer the question”

He stops and stare at the letter in his hand, “An ask blog huh..?”

“If answering these questions can help me then..”

“Ah hell, I’ll do it”

"Good", She smirk at his statement as she snapped her hand, “Well then, the ask box is open”.

The hunter shifts in his spot, memories of long chases though the forested grounds and the pain of sharp, bloodied teeth digging into his torso coming back to him all at once.

There is something else, a note of embarrassment visible in the way the tips of his ears redden. You decide to not ask him about it, but his pride is clearly hurt.
