LITERALLY kindness is hard it’s not easy to think of others and be there for them for nothing in return. it’s intentional and it takes effort. it’s so difficult but you do it anyways and that’s what makes it kind

oh my GODDDDDDDD i cannot even begin to explain how much i hate the whole "being nice costs $0" narrative. it takes so much to be nice & kind. it takes so much to sacrifice your sleep because your friend needs to rant when you know you have to wake up early tomorrow. it takes so much to risk getting late to an appointment bcs a stranger on the way needs your help. it takes so much to help your co worker through their work because you know they are not in a good place right. its not being kind because. its being kind Despite. hope that helps ❤️❤️
