Since you're bored: Any Dodgerfox headcanons? I just bingewatched the series recently and I'm kind of obsessed with them now lol

My favourite medicinal couple!

In my everything-is-fine-au:

- They set up a small medical centre/school together, open for men and women.

- A lot dedication to cardiology and gynecology because Belle is so tired of the inconsistencies and lack of care for women.

- Jack must kiss Belle always before he leaves the house - like either a full kiss in the home laboratory or he'll kiss her forehead whilst she's asleep.

- They leave notes in one another's medical bags - always ranging from sweet to ridiculous.

- Study dates - as in the will read separate books and then argue about them over a picnic.

- He always falls asleep with his fingers on her pulse.

If we go into Speculation Land (neighbor to Fanfiction Land), how would you like Sophie to be introduced? How would you go about mentioning how Edwina and Mary are doing? Anthony and Kate announcing BB Ned's arrival?

I would want Sophie introduced at the arts academy - she and Benedict strike up an acquaintance there (without the creepiness in the book)

Kate and Edwina exchanging letters! Full of distance and random, impersonal details but it's only natural that they are not as close as they once were as they now lead separate, busy lives and a lot of healing to do. But they are working on it, no matter what!

Mary would come back from Prussia (royal tradition dictates that, I checked) and she helps Kate through her pregnancy and they get to really bond again (find references to baby Kate and Mary meeting!)

Ties in nicely with Neddy's arrival because Anthony is far more stressed than usual and it is the worst kept secret in that family - so much so that Hyacinth randomly says at dinner that Kate's pregnant.

Edwina more than anything needs self-determination - everyone and society is deciding who and what she is, even after all the dust has seemed to settle. Leaving London is not a bad idea, especially not the offer Charlotte presents her with.

Anthony offers but the idea of her former fiancée being the one who a suitor would have to go to? Like just imagine how uncomfortable it is!

And marrying a prince? She's going to need a large dowry and Charlotte would secure an advantageous deal for her former Diamond.

Edwina also reads the marriage contract. She remembered she was not allowed to see hers before. It was far simpler than she presumed. But she was not a great lady, only a tarnished girl. A simple bequeathing of money and land somewhere in Dartmouth. What intrigued her were the gains to her family.

The Sheffields were providing her dowry, which was of great interest. She supposed they could not decline a request from the Crown. But additionally, her mother was to receive her courtesy title again, the one she would have received when married - Lady Mary Catherine Sheffield, Viscountess Pevensy. Even more surprisingly, Kate was to receive an inheritance as well, a substantial sum that seemed to be a belated dowry. Both would be more than provided for, with places firm in society.
