so here’s a post explaining why i am leaving this blog for a different one

so i’m leaving this blog to another one that’s just chill pictures and stuff. why?

1. i’m. so. busy. and i need to get myself a life and stop procrastinating on the computer if i’m going to succeed in school right now.  i’m going to do this by limiting my blogging, and I think aesthetic blogging is actually a good way of doing that for me, because it is relaxed and doesn’t get me sucked in to any debates. 

2. the debates are awful, the arguing is awful, the extremism is awful.  believe me, i think most of you are fine people, but a lot of posts are just really emotionally taxing.  i’m already really stressed, and the added pressure to make everyone happy for threat of being yelled at is just making this not a pleasant environment right now.  off of tumblr i am an advocate for all kinds of rights and support them outwardly through charity work, writing, and debate, and hopefully i’m doing enough work in those in my daily life.  however, I think things on here are taken much too far, especially with guilt tripping.  i’m someone who when someone seems angry with me, or even mildly upset, I break down.  and i see posts like this every day and usually it gets me in a really self loathing mood and it just doesn’t go well for me mentally and i need to not be around that.  and i know, “by avoiding it you’re just telling us it doesn’t matter and are hurting the cause!” yes in some cases this is true but, once again, I am a huge advocate during day to day life and i need to take a break from it.  and on here, i can’t possibly ask everyone to tag their social justice posts.  literally everyone would have to tag everything. except for just plain ol’ aesthetic blgogers.

3. since i’ve had so little time, I’ve been unable to watch a lot of TV or read anything besides philosophical essays, aside from the occasional Parks and Rec. so i’m not really attached to any fan things really tightly right now.  don’t worry, i’m sure i’ll always think about fandoms sometimes, but its just so time consuming. 

so in conclusion, i have no chill and need a place with some. you can follow me at my new blog, tree-dimensional, and keep up on how im doing, and feel free to message me any time you want.  i do love all of you so so much and wish you all the best!

hey guys.  I’m going to be signing off soon.  my new blog is called tree-dimensional.  Feel free to follow it, it’s just plants and aesthetic stuff.  I just need something relaxing and right now tumblr isn’t very chill.  I will explain why I’m leaving and going to a different blog in another post. I'm just really tired of this website I'm tired of people yelling at each other and seeing people fall apart around me all the time and I need a place where I can just chill. if i leave i can start again (again, i already did this once and it failed on me i guess) and it might help me push myself to get chill off the internet and not be so paranoid all the time

quick proportion tips

Scientists examine a 15-year-old girl who lived in the Inca Empire, then was sacrificed and remained frozen for 500 years…. Unearthed in 1999 from the 22,000-foot summit of Mount Llullaillaco, a volcano 300 miles west of here near the Chilean border, their frozen bodies were among the best preserved mummies ever found, with internal organs intact, blood still present in the heart and lungs, and skin and facial features mostly unscathed. No special effort had been made to preserve them. The cold and the dry, thin air did all the work. They froze to death as they slept, and 500 years later still looked like sleeping children, not mummies.
