After the fight with Lust, Roy Mustang put Riza Hawkeye on stress leave for a few days while he got medical aide in the hospital. Not having heard from her in the few days they had off, he went to her apartment to check on her and discuss plans. When he doesn't get an answer, he gets worried something may have happened to her. He let himself in, only to find moaning coming from her room: Moaning of his NAME.
He chose to slip in quietly to confirm what was happening before making his presence known and offering to help her make her fantasy a reality. While she was a little hesitant, due to not wanting to get either of them in trouble, she agreed.
Roy wanted her to take the lead and she did, starting to find that she liked being in charge of him much more than she expected, while he found out that sometimes it was wonderful to have Riza telling him exactly what to do.

The steady pounding in her head increased with every tap of her heeled boots on the carpet, but Riza Hawkeye’s face was a neutral mask. Ever a professional, a simple headache was not going to break her façade or cause her to slack in her tasks.
With a slap, she dropped a fresh pile of folders stuffed full with reports onto the Colonel’s desk. “Sir,” she said stiffly, hoping her voice didn’t sound as full of gravel as her throat felt. “These just came in for you.”
Sharp dark eyes glanced at her face, and there was the barest flicker of something like concern there. He had definitely noticed she sounded off.
