my silly ana thing is that i genuinely think i'd look better not even at bmi 21 which was my starting bmi, but i think i'd look better at somewhere around bmi 23-25. like i genuinely like how people look when they weigh that amount, and would like that for myself. im just so so scared of gaining 🙂
