I just wanted to make this post to warn yall about it, I am not a tech genius but I wanted to get a vpn and surfshark was one I knew about so i subscribed to them because it seemed ok, that was where I fucked up.
fast forward a year and now I am trying to cancel my yearly auto-renewing subscription which costs 70 fuckin bucks, didnt find much use in surfshark as it was too laggy when using its vpn services so i go to billing and try to cancel.
there was no cancel button so that was odd, and you cant turn off auto-renew so i figure ill just get rid of my card info so it cant charge me.
i cant or at least i cant figure out how.
I go to help and find the cancellation area after scrolling past why you should keep the subscription and it tells me to contact their live support to cancel, It requires my name and gmail, I know for a fact my gmail is correct but it says its wrong and that my name is wrong no matter how many ways I enter it and I cant find a possible username anywhere on the site i could use. Its for all practical reasons impossible for me to cancel, not just the fact I cant even talk to customer support, but the people on reddit that do, talk to a bot and then the agents take months to actually turn off the subscription so it charges again and there is no refunds.
"why can't they just be friends" not in the homophobic way but in the "their platonic relationship in the source material is far more dynamic and complex than the sanitized personalities they gain as a result of shipping" way
I think bringing up "it/its" pronouns is a good test for people who claim to be "trans allies" because it so easily weeds out the people who are only doing it superficially. I've seen so many people who will post "Punch your local TERF #transrightsarehumanrights" and then turn around and be like "If someone says they go by 'it/its' pronouns it's actually good to misgender them because they're just teenager trenders"
A YTP of the Summoning Salt documentary "The History of Blindfolded Super Mario 64" which primarily showcases how 16-star Any% runs of the game are done and the stories of the leading runners.
Shout out to all the Black ppl that can no longer participate directly in the fandom they love because of the stresses of racism 👍🏾 you contain multitudes of value and I'm sorry that the color of your skin and the power of your voice makes people not want to acknowledge that.
Yesterday marks my 1 year anniversary on testosterone, so I wanted to celebrate with a transition timeline. Just one year apart, and even on my low dose, you can already see the difference! Happy TDOV!
"just not seeing enough people talking about carl clemons-hopkins, the first out nonbinary actor to be nominated for an emmy, and the nonbinary flag gown they wore last night"

All eyes on Rafah. We cannot let this lose traction
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, I’ve seen so many posts of people arguing or being upset over this celebrity or that musician being shitty and supporting a genocide, not to say these conversations of people being held responsible shouldn’t happen, (they should). But if you’re going to spend so much time obsessing over celebrities, the least you can do is spend 2 minutes watching a video of someone who is actually in Palestine.
this is a positivity post for masculine trans people.
shoutout to masculine transmascs/trans men. Your masculinity is not evil, it is not bad, it is not toxic. You are allowed to be happy finally getting to be masculine. You are allowed to want a deeper voice, or facial hair, or to look stereotypically masculine. You do not have to be a 'softboi'; that aesthetic is only for people who want it.
shoutout to masculine transfems/trans women. Your masculinity is not evil, it is not 'faking your transness', you do not owe anyone femininity just because of your gender. You are allowed to present masculine and still speak up when you're misgendered; it's not 'your fault', and being a masculine transfem is wonderful.
shoutout to masculine trans people who aren't transfem or transmasc; you deserve to have your gender and pronouns respected even if your gender isn't masculine. You are not bad being masculine. you are allowed to be masculine, and your masculinity is good.
Masculine trans people are not bad, they not scary, and they deserve love and respect.
it's good that we finally got some kind of ceasefire resolution passed, but what was passed is not NEARLY enough.
the language implies equal power between parties, the ceasefire is not permanent, US still is no longer funding UNRWA, etc etc etc. PYM's recent post sums it up well.
do not lose momentum just because you saw an article titled "UN CEASEFIRE RESOLUTION". keep talking, keep fundraising, keep boycotting, keep protesting. its not over until palestine is free
