First I just had intended to make NRC (bc their uniforms are the same y'know?) But then I got the comment of a Vil-Neige switch and I simply couldn't resist (especially after someone asked foe the Trey-Chenya switch as well). So I'll be willing to let Non-NRC students partake in the switching as well - Under one condition: I won't make them on my own. They have to be requested (mainly because otherwise I will lose track of who is done and who is not - Just the NRC boys on their own are exactly 190 swaps that will be all done, so you can imagine what chaos I'd have to handle if I were to add others).
