💚The BEST thing I did when I started exercising was doing A LOT of body weight only exercises because they helped me build the foundation for weight training. They helped me build a strong core, stamina, muscle endurance and flexibility. . . 💥 These are the reasons why body weight exercises are super important 🥰🥰 and why no matter how much weight training I do, I always make time to incorporate some body weight exercises 🥰🥰.. . 💥 Complete each exercise back to back with minimum brake in between (15-20 seconds ) 10 repetitions each.,, When you finish all 6 exercises then you take a break for 2 minutes. Then you repeat 3 more rounds. Total 4 rounds 🥰 . This is also my first workout in 8 days since catching Covid. Starting slow and with body weight exercises with focus on core and abs.. Some workouts I focus on low impact low intensity for those who are beginners or have limitations. And some workouts like today I think about the others who ARE able to do high impact and higher intensity 🥰. So if you can not do this one ? Just skip and do the next workout I do that are lower intensity. 😊 . 💥 Me? I do it all! There is a place and time for high intensity and place and time for lower intensity (or lower impact). . 💥 Do these exercises 30 seconds each (each side as well) and 2-3 times. .
