What does Nox do to avoid going into his Nightmare form?

If he doesn't want to use his Nightmare Form, or Nightmare Mode in general, he'll refrain by being and staying positive. Unless he gets pushed too hard.

If he uses it willingly then there's nothing much to be concerned for.

On the offhand he does shift into a mode or the form unwillingly, he will apply the same methods. Chances of working are 50/50. If it does work, he won't revert back to normal immediately, the process is slow if he is fully changed. He will just chill in the meantime lmao.
