Ask for kraang!leo , How did leo react the first time he noticed his grills? (also, I love your aus, but this concept drives me crazy, I just want to know more~)

I actually plan on covering this in the comic eventually, (hopefully) but uh yeah. He doesn't take it well for multiple reasons. They remind him of things. Losing his ninpo. Kraang Prime, just as a whole. Having to go against his brother.

That's not all, though. When it was just the eyes he could shake it off as just "a weird but manageable thing" but when the gills come in? That means he's becoming like them. Turning into a kraang, possibly. He can't really ignore that as well. Who's to say he won't continue turning into a kraang? Who's to say he won't turn into a kraang drone/zombie? Sure, they got Raph back - but wasn't that the exception?

TRUE....also i love dog metaphors<33333333 i dont know why but they scratch an itch in my brain. also would macaque be the main...not villain but roadblock? he's under arguably closer inspection than in season 3, correct? so it would take him longer to join mk's side? maybe? idk? but without wukong then it'd be kinda hard to beat macaque

He would like. Definitely be a roadblock though! Although he wouldn't appear right away because while LBD is powerful, she's not omnipotent. She does have eyes everywhere, but that doesn't mean she'll see MK heading out and be like “oUG h this boy is PLOTTING against ME”

Her spells still have an iron grip on the world. Everyone is influenced by her powers to some extent. She'd only start to actually do something about it when the spell making MK forget started to crack. Because then, he could actually become a problem. And she can't risk letting another simian run rampant.

Macaque wouldn't be on MKS side officially for a long time but.... I feel like he'd be playing for both sides later down the line. Following LBD so he doesn't. Y'know. Perish. But maybe dropping hints and lightly nudging MK in the right direction – because if they succeed in taking out LBD, which Macaque knows they got close to, then he'll finally have his freedom.

ALSO YEAH!!! It'd be hard to beat him!! Good thing Macaque isn't always pulling his weight.

He would totally find any way to feel like he's actually free and not!!! A fucking lackey!!! I'd have to think harder about his behavior revolving that but. I imagine when he eventually comes in contact with The Mk Squad, he does whatever he can to feel in control of the situation. Because when you're the one in control no one can push you around. Your soul is yours to have. He's free because there's no one above him, holding a knife of ice to his throat. If only for those moments, of course.
